Very value for money and amazing service by staff Jomar”
The hotel was efficient and very quick to anticipate our needs during the stay. Room rates are a little expensive, but it's great value for money. Airport transfers and tours are also offered at a very affordable price. The property and amenities blew us away, and the complimentary maruya they served during welcoming was so good that we ordered it for dessert after every meal. But our assigned staff, Jomar, was truly the highlight of our trip. Some of the best service we've ever had during a vacation. We were very lucky because he was assigned to our villa by chance. He was our waiter, tour guide, boatman, photographer, fire dancer. If you ever manage to get him during your stay, tip big because he's raising funds for his education and his dreams to be a photographer (AND he plants corals in his free time. How cool is that?) Thanks for the amazing stay Tugawe! Would definitely come back again.

make sure u fly to virac not naga”
naga is awkward,took us 4 hrs to reach resort after landed at naga airport,but on our way back we flew through virac,only 20mins by boat plus 30mins van trip. 50mins to naga airport den we fly back.the view is stunning, pool is great 2 c sunrise.will difinately come back again.

Everything went perfectly except the part when we're in the speedboat heading home then the speedboat suddenly stopped in the middle of the sea. We waited for 30mins before another boat rescued us. And when we transferred to the new boat, we waited another 30mins again before the engine of the boat started. It was truly a difficult situation as everyone was panicky and some don't feel well already. Moreover, it's very difficult to breathe as we can inhale the smell of the gasoline which made our heads hurt and we wanted to puke. I hope Tugawe Cove Resort can resolve these problems with their speedboats so guests don't need to suffer greatly like this in the future.

The cove is idyllic and awesome. can be recommended to all tourists. Staff are all nice and well trained. But very far. There was thyphoon ursula but still we navigated the sea with the speedboat. Fearful and dangerous. But flex to the guy manning the speedboat. He was so magaling and brought us to the mainland just in time. Maybe i will go back when the weather is good not typhoon season. Thank you.

The staff are friendly in general. However on my way out, The head of housekeeping left on the boat with me and guided me through the transport system all the way to Naga City on his day off. Such a kind and considerate person who goes above and beyond. This is what you can expect of most residents of Caramoan.

Fantastic Place. Will return again”
This place is fantastic. Location and staff are excellent. I went there with my son (from the US) and we were blessed with great weather and and excellent stay. It was the highlight of my son's visit to the Philippines. To note....food at breakfast, though well intentioned, was fair at best. I do think food is not easy in such a remote location, to be sure. Again....the staff was utterly fantastic and made the stay one of the best in the Philippines. I will return.

Paradise with downsides”
If you were looking for a relaxing, amazing and isolated paradise experience, look no further. This island and its resort has everything you need, but the isolation comes at a price - getting there can be a pain as we found out becuase we didn;t read through all the transfer details which were not available on booking website - so ended up taking a 6hr cab ride and speed baot transfer which could ahve been much easier as we found out once there The weather dictates pretty much everything but that's islands for you... couldn;t fault the staff and amenities, though the menu could do with a bit of international sprucing up Nonetheless, it was a once in a lifetime experience and would go back if getting another chance in the future...

Food was good but there’s room for improvement. Anilyn Bosque was a wonderful guide thru out. Provided us all there is needed. I thank her for a wonderful job. Staff are all wonderful and respectful. I am planning to come back with my kids next time!

Location, Location! Tugawe Cove Resort is quite a gem with super delicious Breakfast included. The Resort Staff members are all courteous and professionals ~ excellent service guaranteed! But, it would have been even better if the boat ride to & from the resort was FREE! Just saying.... 😜

Great Christmas Stay!”
We were a family of 13 (10 adults, 3kids), stayed in 3 rooms. The staff was amazing, they were so kind and helpful! Just a minor issue in the AC but they fixed it right away. You'll notice that the rooms will need improvement and renovations. The food though in the restaurant were so-so. I hope they would re-do their menu and hire great chefs. Overall, we loved our stay and really grateful to the staff!

3 night stay at Tugawe”
We had a good stay though there were some issues. Staff was amazing, very attentive. One issue was the wi-fi. It's really bad. I practicaly had to use my data while I was there. Hot water was another issue Staff had to check it pretty much everyday as hot water doesn't stay on constantly. Besides that we had a comfortable stay. Island tour was amazing. The rooms need some updating but overall they were not too bad. Grateful for the staff!

The staff are amazing, nice and helpful. The rooms and facilities need improvement, and they need to really improve the quality of their food, and their menu. 197 steps to go to the beach, but it was ok! The views are amazing though!! so we enjoyed our stay overall!
