Il personale parla inglese ed è flessibile alle necessità dei clienti; il cibo è buono ma solo cucina giapponese (anche a colazione - no colazione continentale); le camere spaziose; l'onsen interno carino ma non particolarmente bello; il riscaldamento decisamente da migliorare.
Nature retreat in historic ryokan”
We loved the location of this Ryokan right on the river bank with beautiful window view of the river and sounds of the water rushing. The traditional breakfast was a feast of interesting Japanese foods. The room was very traditional and aesthetic, complete with lovely takakata robes and obi. The futons were however rather thin and uncomfortable for aging hips. No toilet in the room. It was difficult to get dinner in this village unless you pre-book with the hotel. No flexibility about booking on arrival and no other restaurants within walking distance. We resorted to the instant noodles sold in the lobby. Overall very glad we stayed for the traditional experience. The property has however is rather run down and could do with some love and restoration. The onsen was also more basic than the photos suggest and (in my opinion) the water was just too hot to enjoy for long.

搭公車去塔之澤站後走路五分鐘就到旅館。 拖行李建議要搭公車。第二天我們走路十分鐘去搭電車，有台階要爬但景色優美，位置很方便。 我們三個大人兩個小孩待了三天，定了晚餐和早餐，餐點份量很多且非常好吃。我婆婆吃素，去之前用信件溝通，旅館說沒有素食套餐只會去除肉類，但到時我婆婆每項食物都是素食且還有特別做的蔬菜煎餅之類，旅館願意特別提供素食套餐很貼心。 女生的大眾溫泉很棒，洗完還有小腿按摩器按的很舒服。整棟建築古色古香，讓小孩印象深刻，他們沒住過但很喜歡。

Very nice place, super friendly staffs, delicate and delicious food, clean, spacious and traditional style room with beautiful view. Would definitely come stay with them again! Recommend!
