Worst experience ever”
Hidden resort charges. Super small room. No plug to charge your phone. No drinking water or bottled water. Not even enough towels in the bathroom. They called it deluxe king bed , but the room had a fowl smell too. When I called I was told parking is free and when I reached hotel they asked me for $45 . This hotel is a total scam . You will regret if you book a room here for sure

When arriving to the Landon my driver informed me that the hotel was located in a prime/safe location in Miami. The lobby of the hotel was alright, but once you got into the room I started noticing problems. First off, there are no elevators since the hotel is older. The room's bed sheets had a couple of stains on them. The carpet in the room was also stained and the floor was warped from what seemed from water damage. The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower floor. Some of the tiles were also broken. The TV remote didnt work when I first tried to turn on the TV. The first night I tried calling the front desk and the phone was never answered. After calling 3x, I went to the front office myself and waited to be attended. The following day coming from a long day to my hotel room, was about to take a shower and after reaching for a towel a centipede falls from the folded towel. It was at this point I told the front desk manager about the problems of the room and showed him the insect. My room was changed but the bathroom to the new room was not that much better. I honestly do not know how this hotel is considered 4 stars!

Top of the line service. I had to have a pool for Physical Therapy and could not get in salt water. Some how did not realize that they did not have one but they went out of there way to accommodate us and only charged us for the one night we stayed... Told them that any other time that we come and I don’t need the pool I will attend there.

This used to be a great boutique Hotel .... no more. For years when we checked in we were offered a glass of wine,,no more. Breakfast was simple but good ..no more. There was no decaf coffee..cream cheese was in an open bowl as was butter. Very few choices a few cereal boxes all sugared. There were tiny ants in our room.

Clean, stylish and decent hotel. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Location is good. Cons: doors/ walls very thin, you can hear someone talking as they’re next to you; no free parking provided. Overall recommended!

Fake description”
+++ - the room was pretty clean - the furniture pretty - the stuff is friendly and helpfull - good location — - the parking is not free, although in the descriptions it is written to be free (18$ per day, the free parking is the public parking, behind the hotel, between 6 pm to 8 am); - the AC was very very noisy and old style. We had to turn it off for all night so we can sleep; - during our stay, my wife was bitten by some insects from the matress; -the walls were very thin, so we can hear everything from the other room, especially when they were snoring, talking or phone ring; - during our 5 nights stay the bedsheets were never changed; - the breakfast was very poor, no protein at all; - they charged us 250 $ deposit wich they should give us back in one week.
