What makes Sol Y Viento extra special is that it’s a legit hot spring resort, so the warm water was soothing and relaxing. My kids had a blast enjoying the different pools, and it was safe and comfortable even for families. 🌿 Overall Impression The resort wasn’t crowded during our stay, which made the experience even better. It’s such an amazing place—peaceful, refreshing, and fun for the whole family. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend Sol Y Viento to anyone looking for an authentic hot spring getaway in Laguna!
The place was great, but just a heads-up — the road going there is very steep. If you’re not using an SUV, be prepared and make sure to check your engine beforehand. Upon arrival, the guard was very friendly and we easily found parking. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, but we arrived around 11:30 AM because the kids were too excited. The front desk told us that while waiting, we could have lunch upstairs. The restaurant was great — the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Their sisig was superb and definitely a must-try! We finished eating and roaming around close to 2:00 PM, but unfortunately, the room still wasn’t ready. It took almost another 30 minutes before we could check in. With three kids, the wait was exhausting for them. Once we got in, the bellman assisted us, and the room was clean and well-prepared. Overall, our stay was great, but I think they need to improve housekeeping and front desk coordination. Even though we had a late check-in, we weren’t offered any sort of complimentary gesture, and during check-out, we again had to wait several minutes despite leaving early.

Positive Points: Food - Delicious and reasonable for it's price. The staff are all friendly as well. Room - The room is clean and we appreciate the complimentary stuffs they've provided for us. Staff - Very friendly. Pools - We enjoyed the pool. Negative Points: 1.) The road on the way to the venue is rough and bumpy. 2.) There is no free drinking water sa hot pools area even if you ask of it. I hope they will be provided kasi maraming aged around and having water will prevent dehydration. Overall our stay is relaxing and we'll definitely come back.

It's always a pleasure to step into a space that feels so well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this experience apart was the incredibly friendly staff. Every team member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to assist, making us feel right at home.
