Hotel non recentissimo, ma in una posizione vicina alla downtown , Staples center (1km) ed alle principali arterie stradali. Parcheggio e colazione inclusi sono un ottimo addendum, camera spaziosa con letti comodi. Minimarket ed ottimi ristoranti messicano e coreano ad un isolato di distanza. Consigliato a chi vuole una posizione comoda (anche con Uber e Lyft ci si sposta con pochi dollari dovunque) ad un prezzo medio basso per LA

We chose this hotel for being close distance to the Staples Center. They had free WiFi, free breakfast, fitness room, and pool table. The room was clean and staff was nice.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff , clean and spacious rooms. Close to multiple restaurants of different cuisines. Not so far from Downtown LA which is convenient too.

Was very disappointed website didn’t inform no breakfast would Be served due to pandemic AND no alternate plans were made for guest to be served breakfast. Not good customer service.

Free parking. Easy to walk to Asian restaurants. First, I got the room in front of stair. I asked staff to change. Then, she did the changing room process suddenly. The room is clean but facilities looked old and uncleaned. The price is high, but it's acceptable with free parking policies. When you go out of room, you can smell cigarette smoke from other guests at hallway.

The room was very dimzy and smelly. Overall its a very old hotel that needs some upgrading. Looks quite different from the website photo.

Patchwork Repair’s did not stand up to Ramada’s reputation ”
When we stepped out of the elevator we immediately noticed high traffic Soil stains In the carpet leading to a door to the left. Right outside of our room was a huge patch in the drywall that was not even painted. Once we opened the door the first thing we saw was unfinished plaster of Paris door jam which took away any idea of a secure stay. We slept in our clothes feeling insecure and checked out as soon as we brushed our teeth.

Horrible Breakfast / Funky Smell ”
If you want to have a decent breakfast, this hotel is not the best option for this price range. And the worst thing is the unpleasant strong odor in the room. We checked out 4 different rooms but the same odor was present and ended up staying in the first room. It smelled like very strong air freshener (to disguise something?)

Rude staff and alot of over billing.”
I paid on line through agora.com and when I got to hotel they charged my card additional $57 for deposit next morning I checked out and surprise.....I got another $26 charged to my card,called to ask why the charge when they charged my card already for a deposit and all I got was a bunch of smart lip......total nightmare,never again will I stay at a Ramada Inn!!!!

"NASTY"”
One word to describe it “NASTY”- I was there for graduation for 3 nights I did not stay the third night, RAMADA/AGODA did not refund the one night stay nor did I care. You walk into the room, a strong odor of their nasty smelling carpets waits and greets you….if you can breathe...rest is plan B......survival.... get out of this place as soon as you can!! They did not clean our room, we had to make a request late at night to bring us over toilet paper and extra towels. The manager on the day shift of 5/11 was very rude and arguing in front of other guests…the new Ramada way I guess

The staff can be rude. The checkout guy on 1/23/2023 was extremely rude and even though I was told I could checkout at noon the day before he refused to allow me to and was extremely rude about it. He was rude to every guest. They force guests to use this video conferencing kiosk to check in and do anything even though there is a person sitting right there who doesn’t want to help you. They now charge $11 for parking which is excessive. Not all the rooms have microwaves either and the walls are too thin.
