The room is not good. The electric connection is bad. there are no electric switch. the staff is helpful but the facilities is not that ok.

No sink with working faucet inside the bathroom. No water in the shower in the morning, have to take the cold water from the bucket

This is one of the worst place i stayed in Tagaytay. - The room that we have stayed has no key. - The beddings are not clean. - There's a lot of insects on the terrace which enters to our room. - The CR is not clean, no flush on the bowl and no water on the sink. * Overall this place need renovation.

The place is very nice and clean, as if you're staying on a hotel. The staff is also very nice and accommodating, I forgot to ask his name though but he's very helpful he even bought food for me in the middle of the night. The owner is also very nice.

sana lang ma-renovate yung area kase medyo may mga sira na like sa mga doors and windows, madumi din dun sa area ng balcony ng room. yung CR not functioning ang shower, flush and sink. yung staff mabait naman sobra, maasikaso pa siya. yung breakfast na enjoy namin kase madami yung serving with coffee and water na din.

Ahhmm.. location is good for budget traveler near sya sa h-way,old building sya kung hindi ka picky pwede na for the price of 3 big rooms at Php1, 100 sa agoda.. okay n, no hot shower, meron nmn patking pero malalampasan mo lang dya kase nsa likod sya ng hardware, natabunan ng ashfall ang signage sa labas, overall mabait si kuya care taker.. Okay nmn pag stay namin..basic lang sa lamig ng tagaytay no need for AC..
