Fantastico
Location is near to the Sapporo Station so Daimaru grocery and food area is very near. It is also about 3blocks away from Odori Park. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here in this hotel this year. The rooms are average (small typical of Japan) but clean. Comfortable bed. Better get the Moderate Twin because it cosists of 2beds put together. They have a lounge which is nice because you can have compimentary hot chocolate, hot tea or coffee, they also have small snacks in the afternoon. Ive seen several families enjoying their take out food there, the problem is the management puts a sign that says, Do not consume your own food here. So I don't undrstand really the problem in eating your own takeout food there. What could be the reason for this? It puzzles me.

Hotel is located just 5 to 7min walk to Sapporo station ; very convenient. Also surrounded by Lawson and Family mart just round the corner on its left and right side 7-eleven. Hotel is super clean and check in/check out process was quick. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. The room cleaning staff were patient and very polite. Always nice to come back to a clean and tidy room after sightseeing. Tv also shows real time laundry usage so you can plan your washing accordingly. Tv also allows cast netflix from mobile phone and youtube channels. Highly recommended - will stay here again if visit Sapporo again. Love it!

The hotel exuberates warmth, both literally and figuratively, in winter. Room is clean and spacious. Enough wardrobe and hooks were provided. There’s a safe in the room and adaptor/cables; there’s not an item that I have wanted to use that is not provided in the room . Breakfast has a good mix of Japanese and western items. The restaurant staff are friendly. Onsen was not crowded or at least not at the times I visited.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However, with such a high room rate, this hotel unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The overall design and furnishings are quite outdated, lacking a modern look or fresh ambiance. The room decor, including the old furniture and old carpet, could definitely need a thorough renovation. One of the most disappointing aspects was the bedding. The bed and pillows were uncomfortably soft and lacked proper support. The black 2 cushions, in particular, were old and appeared unclean. Additionally, the strap running across the bed was unnecessary and added to the outdated feel of the room. The morning breakfast was not up to standard. The variety was limited, the quality of food was below average and the overall presentation lacked attention to detail. It did not meet the expectations for even a basic hotel breakfast (which I took at Mitsui Garden Yokohama). There is certainly a lot of areas need improvement to meet contemporary comfort and cleanliness standards. With updates to the furniture, flooring, and bedding, this hotel could greatly enhance the guest experience.

“Great Hotel!”
Very easy to find from Sapporo JR station. A 5 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is really great. The beds are very comfortable. The public bath is lovely after a day on the feet sight seeing. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. We used the luggage transport and the hotel received our luggage before we even arrived. Everything was waiting in the room when we arrived for checkin. We did use the washing machines which are coin operated and it’s a welcome to be able to do your laundry. The breakfast was also nice. There are subtle changes everyday which is great as we stayed for 5 nights. This trip I have stayed at the Mitsui chain in Tokyo and Sapporo and I think it’s a fantastic hotel chain. Best sleep I’ve had on my month holiday to Japan. Would I stay again…..YES!
