We booked in this hotel for a wedding we have to attend to. The location is quite far from places we need to go to. The room is nice and clean. The bathroom is spacious. The staffs are nice and helpful. The food is just fine. I/we may not booked again here only due to its far location from the city proper 😏

We booked a suite room for two nights. The room was spacious, however you can easily see that the room/hotel is old. The bathroom's sink and tub are dirty plus the towels are really really old, better to bring your own towels. The couches are also dusty that results ichyness / red spots to our bodies. We book another one deluxe room for 1 night. Space wise is okay for two persons. However, bathrom sink is clogged / water is not draining. Towels are the same, old. AC is not working properly. They send a technician over to check the AC and told us that the remote control for the AC was switched or something that's why it was not working (i doubt). Location is a lil far from the city proper, so it's good if you want a quiet place to stay. Checking out was fast, however they charged us for a small face towel (white turned brown/old) was missing for Php200. FYI, main pool is under maintenance at the time. Too bad because the was was just outside our room but unable to use it.

When bellboy bring one bag to room with us made haughty attitude when I gave 20 pesos which is four times what Filipinos give . Then not say thank you just walk away. Then I bathroom huge cockroach. I called front desk took them ten minutes a maid walk extra slow no hallo kill it . I said I go front desk there are more. They unwilling give other room then give when I. Insist. At pool key of room should be proof I am guest no they want pool pass. Then not greet sour face. Breakfast is outside walk through rain not provide umbrella they have but not give. No sign where breakfast Hall we walked way too far. Sausage swim in oil and again unwilling unfriendly workers. Fazit never again for prizes so high. Also charge for every piece food u bring on premisses corkage fee.

The stay was okay.. the rooms were old and they ask me to pay for my 3yr old baby for swimming because only 2 persons are free with the room.
