Did not know I was booking into an air BNB. I had no one to welcome us at the site. No telephone number I could call. Had difficulty getting inside the the gated location. There was no cable nor wifi. No hot water; Water heater was broken. I booked for 4 adults. Place was good for only 3 and one of us had to sleep on the floor. Swimming pool was available but we had to pay to get inside. No good parking available. Entrance was too far from where we parked. I am old; cannot walk very far. Wanted to get a refund but I don't know how.

Overall, our group enjoyed our stay in this room. Though, we just got a problem upon checking-in: it seems that the building management and the staff managing the rooms can't agree on what room we're going to stay. Also, gladly, they've let us check-in earlier.
Unprofessional Unorganized”
the guards told us to wait at the clubhouse because the unit is not yet ready) check in time is 2pm and we're already there at 2pm so we waited 1hour and 30minutes for our unit to be cleaned at the clubhouse at 3h30pm no one approached so we have to go back at the gate to ask the security and told us our unit number we went at the building and we saw a lady who took care of the unit busy contacting someone on her phone. We have to present that we are the renter dhe told us she waited long time for us (but she did no effort to find us we were just at the clubhouse)so when we went to our unit its not yet Done still dirty and bed is not yet done we have to wait again. Dirty bathroom hairs were left, not enough towel, shower not working. No toilet paper. Dissapointing. I dont recommend these units So Unprofessional UnOrganised

The location was excellent But the Apartment was poorly poorly managed very very very dirty leftovers from previous guest Who knows what years. The whole place needs a cleaned up and throw away the carpet that had not been vacuumed for years. We have to cleaned and use sanitizer . We gave a change specially after a long journey. Sorry to say but this is the worst place i have stayed and I will never recommend it. Thanks
A CONVENIENT GETAWAY”
Me and my friends enjoyed so much our stay in JOI's unit, we basically used the unit for overnight since my three (3) friends came from CdeO and I came from Davao. There were no wifi and the cable connection and the aircon's cover is I think is damage because it almost get fall and detach from the ac unit but other than that we still enjoyed other facilities and those things doesnt bother us, we just used the unit for the overnight, it maybe self check-in but still there is no need to worry since everything you might need is provided. It is very much a convenient getaway since it just few minutes away from big establishment and food parks. Definetly, I will recommend it to my friends and to whoever reads this. Thanks ✌🏽
