Will definitely recommend it to anyone”
Had one of the nicest stays at Hanafubuki. Room is clean with beautiful view. The highlight is their food—the best Kaiseki dinners I have ever had and we had totally different but fascinating courses all three nights that we stayed!! The staff are super helpful and communicative whenever you have questions—one of the ladies drew a map for us when we need to go to the post office. Definitely enjoyed staying there.
Relaxing day in Izu”
Everything was great! The staff are very nice and speak English as well. They were very friendly and helpful. I had a great time enjoying all the onsens, definitely a great place to unwind. Only thing is if you absolutely can’t handle bugs I don’t recommend it. Since it is in the forest, obviously there will be bugs. But other than that the food was also amazing!! I hope I can visit again!

They have multiple private onsen. You can use whichever one you want when it is not in use by other guests. It’s a nice system. The scenery is very nice, surrounded by trees and greenery. If you want to be in a lively area, this may not be the best choice. Reception closes at 7:30 and there’s not a lot around that stays open late. Personally I like to come for the hiking. The Jogasrki coast trail is right nearby and is a fabulous trail with fantastic sights along the coast that was built up on an ancient lava flow. So I come to hike and then relax in the hot baths afterwards. The meals here are also tasty and well-portioned for my tastes. I like it a lot and will come back again.

酒店从伊豆高原站出来需要行走20分钟左右 周边都是居民区或者森林所以非常安静 这家酒店的食物真的非常好吃 是我去过的温泉旅店里最好吃的 当地特产是鲷鱼所以晚餐早餐都有鲷鱼制作的菜品 真的非常好吃 温泉全是私汤 24h自由使用 我们那天虽然满房但是完全没有泡不到温泉的情况 酒店周边这段城崎海岸有大小淀这个景观点和一个另外吊桥 我觉得不输于城崎海岸站旁边的那段

Love the private onsen facilities with this hotel, great for relaxation and hotel staff is very polite and nice. Traditional breakfast and dinner is certainly an experience ! Would recommend spend 2 nights in this hotel if you can.
