Convenience for the next day flight”

- This is our last hotel before take a flight back. Location is just 5-10 minute from JR Chitose and they provided shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport (both domestic and international zone) which take 15 minutes. The first depart is around 6:20 (don't sure), 7:10, ..... - Breakfast is buffet style with excellent quality of food. It start at 6:30 so that I select 7:10 round for shuttle bus to the airport - About airport : when you arrive at international terminal of New Chitose airport. It's not take time much for check in and security process and the terminal is small so you don't have to take time much at the airport - Public bath is great. It's not big but not small with almost all night open.

Excellent location, close to Aeon, food, train station and the airport! Malls and delicacies are nearby, train station and airport are extremely close! Also equipped with artificial onsen and free parking available. Great value for money!

Nice hotel in a strategic location”

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are a bit small but very clean. The hotel location is superb, it is 5 mins walk to Chitose JR station, 3 mins to Lawson, 5 mins walk to AEON Mall. If you are driving, free parking is provided. The hotel breakfast is nice and adequate, they open at 6.30 am so you can get a quick meal if you are catching an early flight. There is a free shuttle bus service to New Chitose Airport at 6.30 am and 7.10 am if you are taking an early flight (remember to pre-book early with the hotel reception).

We would like to thank Abe-san who checked us in. Apart from his ability to converse with us in English, he was most helpful to source a last minute room for us when we discovered at the airport that one of our bookings at the Air Terminal Hotel is actually cancelled due to the earthquake albeit we were told to check-in! Arigato Abe-san.

Great Location”

The hotel is just a 5 min walk away from Chitose station. It has (at least) two convenient stores near it and a big Aeon mall in walking distance. It also has complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. It's a great place to bunk in if you're flying early the next day and do not want to worry about public transport to airport. The breakfast might not be phenomenal but it is quite OK and will do its job. The hotel also has an onsen, do make use of it if you like that.

Good Location and Services”

You just walk 3 mins from JR Chitose Station to the Hotel (but actually I took triple of time because it's quite difficult to walk in a snowing street with baggage). The location is excellent. The room is also much bigger than average size in Japan. You can open two suitcases same time in the room. An artificial onsen is being placed in the hotel and you enjoy it after a long walk/flight. Scheduled shuttle bus for New Chitose Aiport provided by Hotel. It's an excellent service.

VALUE FOR MONEY AND BEST BREAKFAST”

This is the place for you, if you plan to catch a flight the next morning. We did not expect much. We arrived late night. The staff welcome us nicely and answered all our questions of 8 ppl. The room is clean. There is printer for you downstair if you want to print some E-tickets. The best surprise was Breakfast, opened at 6.30 sharp. You can have great breakfast before catching your morning flight.

very near Chitose train station, good breakfast”

Hotel is just opposite the Chitose train station, 2 min walk. Room was OK too, though not very new, its clean. There is a public bath (we didn't need to pay extra cost for using), which was good, esp if you like Onsens. Given the budget, we were not expecting much for breakfast, but we were pleasantly surprise at a reasonably good variety of food, jap and western. Had a good meal before checking out.

Just 2 stop from airport if u take jr . 2 save money just take jr cause per person is 340 yen n just 200meter to hotel n easy to find .the breakfast is great n inclusive. They have shuttle bus to airport till 10 am better reserve earlier.

Located near food places and a mall with 100yen shop within 100m. Near to Aeon Mall as well. Free parking. Free buffet breakfast with decent spread. Comfortable room size and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to Chitose airport and hotel provide free shuttle to airport. Onsen in the hotel. I accidently booked smoking room from Agoda. When we enter the room is full of smoke smell, the staff was so helpful to change to Non-Smoking room for us and also help to carry our luggages. It's an excellent service.

Very easy to find the hotel and takes only 5-10 mins from Chitose train station. Hot spring is great to relax after a long day trip.
