Location is the best, esp if you have a car to park and want to close to city center. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Regarding the location you mentioned, our hotel faces Nakajima Park, about a 20-minute walk from central Sapporo. Our main affiliated parking lot is a multi-storey car park (vehicle height limit 155cm, first come first served). There is also a subway station about a 3-minute walk away, which will take you to central Sapporo in about 10 minutes, so please make use of it the next time you visit Sapporo. Having a hotel near a park during a winter season is definitely recommended! We enjoyed the park during snow fall and saw some people playing sleds as well. The hotel is a 7-10 minutes walk away from the nearest station, and if you feel like walking, it's 30 minutes away from odori park by foot. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only cons we have is that the pillows are hard and gave us some neck pain. But overall, we enjoyed our whole stay :)

Fantastic view. Very clean. Great staff.”
The room was large enough for a family of four sharing two beds and a small couch. We stayed 10 days. The view of the park was amazing. Very close to Horohirabashi station. A bit of a walk to Susukino but we did it most days. Staff very helpful and the room was cleaned daily.
