During the construction period, the number of cars that can park in the hotel parking lot will be more limited than usual due to the limited number of parking spaces. There are several coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood, but we do not have a partnership with any of them. If there are no spaces available in the coin-operated parking lots in the area we have indicated, we ask that guests find their own parking. During the construction period, we will work with the utmost care, but there may be some noise and vibration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Fantastico
great location by the Nakajima park, nice decor and looked quite posh. The check in staff could be friendlier, and the parking was under renovation, so we had to pay for parking. which was a bummer. They did however inform us earlier. Other than that, no complaints. It was great they gave more than just 1 pillow per person.

The room was clean and big enough for both of us. The breakfast was outstanding, they had western and Japanese menu. There were conbini store near hotel.

Having a hotel near a park during a winter season is definitely recommended! We enjoyed the park during snow fall and saw some people playing sleds as well. The hotel is a 7-10 minutes walk away from the nearest station, and if you feel like walking, it's 30 minutes away from odori park by foot. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only cons we have is that the pillows are hard and gave us some neck pain. But overall, we enjoyed our whole stay :)

Location is the best, esp if you have a car to park and want to close to city center. Rooms are clean and spacious.
