Very convenient”
Very convenient. Recommend for lone-travellers or travellers with friends. They basically have everything (e.g., toothbrush/paste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair brush, cotton pad/stick, cleansing foam, cleansing oil, moisturizer, razor, ear plugs, pajamas...), so if you were to crash for one night you won't even need to bring any personal belongings. You are able to lock your luggage storage space, and there is also a small safe/lock inside the bed area. They make your bed for free between 10am-3pm, so you must empty your bed area during this time (which can be kind of uncomfortable if you want to chill on your bed during the day). I paid about ¥8,000 for two nights, and if you ask them they can assign the beds to be next to your friends'. The public bath in B1 floor was just perfect; had towels and everything mentioned above. Water was clean. Saturday night was more crowded than the Friday night. You are not allowed to eat on your bed, so you have to bring your food/snacks to the concierge floor if you want to eat them (there is a lounge). There is Seven-eleven right on the first floor of the same building. You can self-check out.

Nice hotel, but can do better”
The hotel is located quite centrally, about halfway between Sapporo Station and Odori Park. About 1 km from Susukino though. Standard rooms are on the small side, with no wardrobe, but quite comfortable. Individually controlled heating and decent cleanliness are added bonuses. Ofuro facilities are quite basic, and not expected from a hotel of this standard. They even expect you to bring your own towels with no replenishment at the bath. Note the number of shower cubicles are also a bit limited for the number of guests. Breakfast is decent with a selection of local and western food. They source and proudly display the local sources for some food stuff (eg, yoghurt, vegetables), but taste wise, could be better. Parking is mechanical, but never had to wait long for the car to be made available.

Chic hotel & great location”
We stayed 2 nights in Cross hotel, Fri & Sat. The rate of Sat is $100 US more, kind of like Las Vegas. It's a nicely decorated, modern and new hotel, comfortable bed and comforter. AC works well too. The size of the room is decent, especially the bathroom, and the shower, it's bigger than most other hotels that we stayed in this trip to Hokkaido. But I would trade the designer, chic furnishings with pieces that have drawers to put away things. We quickly ran out of surface to put our stuff out. The hotel has an onsen on the top floor, which was a pleasant surprise, to us, this feature adds significant value to the hotel.

Good for location and space ”
Close to downtown and the smaller train stations. Sapporo station is also about 9 minutes away. I enjoyed their onsen on the 18th floor and it's very clean. The one downside is if you're coming from a longer vacation week and looking to do laundry then laundry service is pricey. I mistakenly forgot to check that they didn't have a laundromat.

Well maintained modern and clean hotel. Room is comfy for 4 adults. Access to the night lounge is great. Small but tasty bites. Good way to end a tired day. Public bath with outdoor bath is great with a view to relax. On our day of arrival, we dropped a pair of shoes in the outlet mall carpark. Kaori, a super helpful front desk staff, use google translate to communicate with us, very patient, went all way to help us call the Outlet mall and managed to find our missing shoes. Great service!
