Huge structure, the asking price is not worth the quality of the services offered
I've never written a bad review for a hotel before. If I don't like something about a hotel, I don't write a review. But this time, I have to say I'm forced to write a review to let people know how awful this hotel is. I booked 4 nights at this hotel and I truly regretted it. Instead of having a great vacation and relaxing, I found myself in a nightmare, and instead of relaxing, I became extremely stressed. Upon arrival I waited 1.5 hours to check in and gain access to the room. At check-in, they inform you that outside food is prohibited (which is normal if there's a restaurant on site), but what's not normal is having a restaurant with fairly high prices and sucks. I think paying is fine, but the food has to be edible. 🤬 For 4 days we stressed ourselves out trying to figure out where to eat nearby, which made us waste a lot of time. Want to enjoy the sea? Forget it, there's garbage floating in the water, I even saw a used diaper.🤮 Do you want me to talk about the breakfast they offer? As soon as you get off, you find yourself in line to get into the buffet, and then after the wait, the food is terrible. You can't even get food like that on the street. Canned sardines and canned meat in pineapple sauce. (You can see the photos.) I've never seen a hotel with a breakfast like that. The only fresh ones they have, are eggs and three types of fruit: melon, pineapple, and watermelon. (But You have to be quick to get the fruit, as they don't refill it quickly.) For an omelette, if you want one, you have to wait in another line, another damn line.🤦♀️ Want to talk about the air conditioning and room?We booked two different rooms and both were antiques. Everything should be modernized. In the first room the air conditioning worked well. In the second, which was even more expensive because it was a deluxe suite, the air conditioning It wasn't working properly, so I decided to check the filters. Surprise, surprise, the dust that had accumulated was incredible. (Attached photo) 😳 Between endless lines and wasted time getting out and coming in just to eat, the only thing we used and enjoyed was the pool. The pool is the only positive thing I can say; it's large and heated. Oh, when you leave and come back after eating, they check what's in the trunk. To make sure you don't bring in any food from outside. That's all, I don't think I'll ever come back. Oh, I forgot, there's a line for checkout too! Ahahhaha🤣

“Very nice place but too old , it need a renovation ”
The place is an amazing complex the beach is ok not spectacular, the room are ok but many times you can find some flies , bathroom many time smell bad , and if you dont ask for the cleaning they will not come in a normal hour ( they ask me at 8/9 pm if i wanted my room to be clean) The food was quite expensive, the good thing is the grill that offer you few kind of bbq , and the fire show , but if you stay more than one night will be always the same . Suggestions: Start doing some renovations in the room and offer a cleaning service every day ,change the show day by day put maybe some live band or other things like this the person that say more than one day have variety.
