Exceptionally clean property and staff better than great! From Susie, who checked us in to the cleaning crew who taught us some Spanish words and told us to go to the fish market, just really great and friendly folks. For us, it was a short walk to the Iowa and the cruise terminal the night before our cruise and the feee shuttle the morning of our cruise meant we didn't have to drag our bags down the sidewalk. All this, and it was a $29 Uber from LAX!

Great room and free transfer to the cruise port”
Arrived very late but welcomed with a smile. Quickly into the very comfortable room with a large king-size bed, huge TV and lots of space. Bathroom was excellent with a good shower. Breakfast in the morning was good for the USA, omlettes and a Mexican style hash. We were on a cruise and added to the list when we arrived. Transfer took ten minutes and was included. I would happily stay here again.

Very impressed with the decor, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Service staff were friendly and efficient. Location is perfect for getting to the Cruise port and I liked that the hotel provided a free shuttle and breakfast included with the stay. Would stay here again.

Anddi Was Amazing!”
My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. Anddi was super amazing and gave us an awesome upgrade when she found out it we was staying as a couple on vacation. The room was big, spacious, and had great views. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks Anddi!

It is a little dated, but other than that nice rooms, very clean and great staff. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

This was our second visit to this hotel. We were pleased with our visit again this time, but noticed window curtains were more tattered than when we were there more than a year ago. Also shower curtain also looked “old”. (Ripped and unrepaired). The location of the hotel is great, and we pay the price to stay there because of the convenience but....... staff is always excellent!!

Reserved a mini suite. They oversold and I had to take a different room. Not enough towels, blankets for the whole family. They don’t bring the extras to you. You have to pick up. They didn’t have enough extra towels to provide. Rooms smell of 50 layers of smoke.

Spent several days here while visiting a nearby event in Torrance.. Wonderful, clean room, nice breakfast included with reasonable room and nice bathroom.

Attentive staff, comfortable beds, good toiletries, clean rooms and halls and clean beds with crisp linens. Nice window coverings if you need to sleep in. Good insulation from other rooms. The bar is closed and so is the restaurant for lunch and dinner, but plenty of good restaurants a few blocks away. including Rafaeĺlos. Plan your wedding reception or Prom here for a great location. Four days and 2 parties while I was here this past week. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely terrible. The WORST experience I've ever had a hotel. The staff person at the front desk scared me so much - he was so aggressive and inappropriate in the things he said to me - that I left as soon as I could have a car pick me up. He wanted to know if someone was after me, if I was trying to hide from someone -- these are questions he asked when I first checked in! He switched me to a room I had not reserved and then wanted to know why I thought it was a problem that the room he put me in had no interior lock on the door and the phone did not work to call the front desk. He asked why I was so concerned about a lock on the door. He asked repeatedly if someone was after me. He frightened me so much that I had to leave 20+ min after checking in.

When we first drove up I thought oh great gonna be a dump but as soon as I was inside it was very nice loved the lobby with the crown molding rooms were very nice will definitely stay again we like going to eat seafood drink and enjoy the ships go through port but hate driving home this was a perfect mini get away
