"This is a self-service hotel. Nobody do the service ! I arrived at very cold night but could not go in to the hotel. It took one hour to make international phone call to try to enter the hotel. On the booking confirmation letter, there was no room number nor the password, so I could not enter the locked door. After one hour standing on the windy outside, try every possibility to know how to enter my room or it was a fraud. Finally, I can enter my room after I talked with the international service stuff on the phone. It is dangerous for the foreigner to booking a hotel like this one. It is no service hotel, first time I booked this kind of hotel ever."
