Beautiful view and very nice & helpful staffs”

Their staffs were so nice and helpful, very patient to answer every question and booked the restaurant and activities for us. Love the facilities provided by the hotel, suck as TukTuk , their staffs drive us to the restaurant and between the hotels even the TukTuk service was off. The sea view from the balcony room is amazing, we saw the full moon in the balcony!! The buffet breakfast was very delicious, too. We highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

洗面、トイレ、お風呂もとても清潔で使いやすかった。 外出用のタオルのレンタルがあり大変ありがたかったです。 朝食のバイキングもたくさんの種類がありよかった。

ホスピタリティが素晴らしい”

清潔感のある部屋、スタッフの方の対応も(ホールスタッフの方も含め)すべて素晴らしかったです。 1日目は夕食難民になり近くの屋台村を教えていただきました。 2日目はスタッフの方が同じシギラグループのお店(コーラルブルー)を予約してくださり、またそのお店もウクレレ生演奏にビュッフェの味も素晴らしくとても良い時間となりました。 ナイトプールも子どもたちが大喜びでした。 唯一改善して欲しいのは洗濯機。 洗剤自動投入もあまり好きじゃないです...乾燥機も一体型だからあまり乾かず。 洗濯機と乾燥機は別がいいです。 とはいえ、スタッフの方のホスピタリティに感動したのでそんなことは大した問題じゃないです。 また泊まりたいと思います。
