Had an incredible stay at HPN! Very very clean, nice room facilities for a reasonable price. Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Comforting staff helping us with every request. TV is equipped with Chromecast so you can enjoy movies or similar on a big screen directly from your bed😎

Super well connected (right next to the metro) which brings you into significant areas E.g. Louvre with ease. Hotel amenities were great, travelled as two girls and found the bedroom super comfortable. Staff absolutely lovely too! Overall amazing value for money.

Location was great, straight walk down to the Arc de Triomphe. Metro station just outside the hotel. Staff very helpful, printed out concert tickets for us and helped with directions to the venue. Nice places to have breakfast just outside if not booked with the room and nice restaurants and shops on the walk to the Arc.

Nice safe area; clean friendly hotel”
Neuilly is a nice area, about 20mins taxi ride from central Paris. The staff are really friendly and helpful - allowed us to store our bags and use WC after we'd checked out. The hotel is very clean, but rooms are fairly small. The dining area is nice but again not that much space; plenty of tables but close together. Breakfast was nice, pastries, meats, bacon, cereal, bread, lots of coffee choice

Not a bad hotel but...”
Breakfast is disappointing with lack of options for dietary restrictions, and no information provided on allergens (I ate some supposed omelettes, that contained milk that was not mentioned, while I am allergice to lactose). There is a major lack of facilities: > No in-house bar > No in-house restaurant > No gym However, the rooms are tidy, bed super comfortable, and clean. The staff is friendly and paying attention to customers' needs.

Good location if you want to stay just outside of Paris. A 15 minute Metro ride into Centre of Paris or a good 45 min walk. Lots to see on the way in. Good access to shops, cafes and restaurants as well as taxis, buses and metro. Beautiful area and safe.

Landline phone was not working in my room for 5 days, also breakfast was poor, I went for breakfast 1/2 hour before closing everything was gone : no fruits, no bacon, no yogurt, no cakes, no orange jus (had to request 3 times before they brought fruit jus)

Nice hotel if you’re looking to stay in Neuilly”
Was glad that we got the discounted Agoda rate, certainly not worth the €250 rate being quoted. On Fridays and the weekend, there was zero evening food available. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, which is never a given in Paris! So that really stood out. No facilities as such at the hotel

The hotel is very average, and it is understaffed. I could not get breakfast as it starts only at 7. If you want a breakfast to go at 6am, there is basically no protein food: no ham, no eggs... If you come by car, it's a nightmare. The only place to park is the service lane of the main road. Where your car will be literally bombarded by bird dung in the morning, and it will take for ever to get put of that lane and back into the main road, as there are roadworks and the passage to the main road is 1 km more forward

First of all, front desk staff is doesn't feel like people, and the some dirty particles comes out during shower. It was fixed in the second day but the staff saying nothing but just sorry. It was horrible experience.

Perfect for meetings in La Defense”
Short taxi drive or walk to La Defense, and as such, a great hotel for business meetings. Very nice staff trying to accommodate the few requests I had. Clean and decent rooms.
