Exceptional”

It is an older hotel in Okinawa, located at Kokusai dori, very convenient and room has been refurbished. The hotel room is small (standard in Japan) but spotless clean with good size of shower room comparable to other hotel. However, it is still a good 4 stars hotel if you compare to many other new hotels with 3 stars (new but the quality is not comparable with JAL City Naha). English speaking reception. The new Hotel Collective is just stones away.

Excellent”

We stayed at Hotel JAL City Naha for the first 2 nights while we were in Okinawa, and went back there again for the final night before departing Okinawa after a week on the island. There was no fuss with the way how the staffs dealt with luggages, room services; etc. Staffs were friendly and helpful. It's a place worth staying.

Prefer for family and shopping”

This is the second time I stayed at JAL City Naha. We decided to come back for its convenient location for shopping nearby the Kokusaidori (literally "International Road") is Naha's main street. We didn't bring our own baby stroller for our 2 years old boy because we could borrow from the hotel for free and it is almost brand new and light weight. The room is clean and they serve very good breakfast. Note that the carpark close at 11PM so if you want to go for a night drive, you will have to park your car else where.

great value for money”

The staff at JAL City Naha were friendly, attentive, and extremely polite. They asked no questions even though I checked-in half an hour early, and even upgraded my room to a double even though I reserved an extremely cheap single through agoda at the last minute. The location, too, can't be beat - right on the main strip of Kokusai-dori and across the street from Heiwa-dori, all the major shops and restaurants in Naha are literally minutes from your door. As with most JAL locations, the rooms were no frills and pretty standard, but clean and comfortable nonetheless. Would definitely recommend, especially for the business traveler.

Great facility for my first Okinawa ”

JAL City Naha is great for everything, I really impressed by its location, room quality and cleanliness, room size doesn't matter since Japanese room regularly smaller than elsewhere, helpful staff, the best breakfast buffet ever, love the way they changing menu often and they put everyday some local Okinawan meal to offer, the location is beyond PETFECT, just close to bus stop and all beautiful shops and restaurants of Kokusai street are around, I definitely will stay there again, thank you JAL Naha

nice hotel at the city center”

My husband and I were travelling on a babymoon and we liked our room at the hotel jal city naha. the hotel was not right next to public transport, the distance was acceptable even for me when i was a pregnant woman. the staff was helpful and friendly but the wait for check out did take awhile. the hotel was neat and the room was nice and clean. What we liked the most about the hotel was its location, being right in the middle of the city center and in the midst of all the good food!

Very satisfactory to stay in JAL City Naha, it is very convenient to shopping nearby, and the hotel was very clean, staff are very polite and helpful, also the breakfast is very good, lots of food to choose. I must stay here again when next time to Okinawa

Great location, clean and comfortable room”

The best part of JAL city Naha is location. It's right center of Kokusaidori street. Very easy to walk around the area. Room size is close to business hotel but it was OK compare to other hotels in Japan. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. I will stay here again if I visit this area again.

Convenient & the staffs are very helpful”

It is my first time to stay at JAL City NAHA and I am satisfied with it. If you will stay at NAHA City overnight, JAL City NAHA is a good choice. The hotel is convenience & locate at one of the must go sightseeing spot - 國際通. I will choose JAL City NAHA if I come NAHA City in the future! :)

Everyhting is in our walking distance”

A hotel right on the International Street, surrounded with conveniences. With small kids and parents traveling with me, Hotel JAL City Naha was my best pick in the area. The rooms were clean. The staffs were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was also good.

Nice hotel with fantastic location”

Though the price is not really good when compared with other hotels, also not very close to the monorail stations, the location and facility of JAL hotel are really nice! A convenient store and shops of Kokusai Dori Street are only a few steps away! The room is really tidy and clean. Will stay in JAL hotel again next time I go to Naha again!

Convenient location”

Hotel is located in the middle of the international street (Kokusai Dori) which is very convenient. However, the nearest monorail station is a 10 minutes walk away. JAL City Naha has got a big room compared to the hotel rooms in Japan.

Great location and simple rooms”

Hotel JAL City Naha is central and located along the main shopping street in Naha. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops. The monorail gets you to other attractions like Shuri Castle, DFS Galleria and the Airport.

NAHA is a good place for family & couple.”

Hotel JAL City NAHA is a good choice for those shopper lovers. It is located on the main sightseeing spot-國際通, convenient to unload your souvenirs & cloths after shopping. Besides, it is close to monorail station, just 5-10 mins by walk.

Good hotel, centrally located. ”

We took the monorail from Naha airport and got off Kencho-mae Station. From the station, we walked for 10 minutes along the famous Kokusai Dori (international street) and arrived at the hotel. After a quick check-in, we were ushered to our room by a friendly hotel staff. The room itself was small but spotlessly clean. The hotel breakfast buffet was good but it didn't offer a variety of dishes. However, finding other dining options was not a problem since there are lots of restaurants nearby. We would recommend this hotel if you want to explore Naha city for a day or two.

Clean, fresh smelling r”

Besides being in a great location, the amenities, the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything about this hotel was excellent! And the rooms SMELLED clean . . . . . no hint of cigarettes like in some other "non-smoking" hotels. I wish I could keep JAL Naha a secret for myself, but no can do . . . . . the secret is out!

Great Location and very satisfactory dining experience ”

The hotel is situated at the center of Kokusai Dori which is just 8 mins walk from the nearest monorail station. A Familymart is just next to it, so it is extremely convenient. The facilities are great given to such a competitive price. Services are satisfactory and everything is clean and tidy. We had dinner at the lobby restaurant and it is value for money and taste good. I also recommend you to have a try on its semi-buffet dinner. Will stay again if I go to Naha, Okinawa.

Great location”

The location is the absolute best feature of Hotel JAL City Naha. Right in the middle of the Kokusai Dori, so shopping is very convenient. About 10 minutes walk to the nearest monorail station, and within 5 minutes walk to the Makishi market. Limited selection for breakfast, and the hotel separates Mandarin-speaking guests from other guests for breakfast so it does not feel good. The room was small as expected but has all the necessitieis. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

No frills, comfortable and excellent location”

Stayed only for a night after our arrival to Okinawa in mid afternoon. The hotel is spotless clean, standard rooms are in adequate size. Staff can speak english well and check in/check out process is fast. Not much facilities in this hotel (no spas, swimming pools) but the location itself is a great plus for those who want to base in Naha and be very flexible in when to do shopping as it is on Kokusaidori! Good variety of food for breakfast.

High quality business hotel in excellent location”

The hotel is located bang in the middle of Kokusai Street (10 mins walk to nearest monorail station), the main hub of activity in Naha. I was impressed with the comfortable rooms which has all essential amenities and good service from staff at reception and at the restaurant. Great breakfast too - very fresh local Okinawan staple food, with a few Western options, plus freshly-baked croissants. If you are looking for a place to stay in central Naha, this one is highly recommended.
