very near the kyoto station room is clean and it got every thing i need however, the room maybe a bit small for 2ppl, but i just 1person, so that's fine. staff is nice and helpful i love to stay here again if i go to kyoto

Location of the hotel was superb being directly opposite of Kyoto station. Could get to it using an underpass as well. The underpass (Porta) has many food choices available which made it very convenient for my partner and I. Definitely enjoyed my stay there and price point is cheap too.

Clean hotel at the best location”
Just beside the kyoto bus station; and JR subway. Many department stores like Isetan, Cube, shops like 100 yen, uniqlo, eateries, sushi, ramen, matcha ice cream, pastries all within 5 mins walk away. Hotel is clean, very new, staff can speak English and very polite. Though the economy double room is small, I will stay here again next time.

Typical business hotel but with extra warmth from service. Best location for easy access to transportation and food options. The only slightest hesitation is that my singles room had a sliver window with opaque glass so overall felt a bit dreary and dark but I wasn’t there to stay in a room either. Would prefer a room with sunlight.

Twin room B : Location is perfect. The room was very spacious for the price, the heater worked well, and as our room was at the end of the corridor it was very quiet. Two downsides are that they don't provide complimentary water bottles and they need to use more scented detergent to clean up the bathroom. Anyway overall it was a very good choice.

Nice hotel. Very clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The lobby was very comfortable to unwind after a day of touring. The staff was always nice, polite, and very helpful. We also enjoyed how conveniently located the hotel was. We were right across from the train station. Made our touring of Kyoto so much easier. The only downside was that the room was very small and there was not really anywhere to put the luggage excent on the floor. Also, because the room was so small, the bed was against the wall so was inconvenient if the person on the inside of the bed needed to get in or out of it.

The Overall Review”
The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room is small yet very clean and presentable. However, when i was sleeping my partner woke up and screamed. He saw an old man with brown military uniform standing beside me. I don't know if you believe in ghost but I do. Anyways, the money was really worth it.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff (gifts were offered to every female clients when checking -in) Rooms were clean, decent and comfortable. With reasonable price. Not to mention the Kyoto station just across the road. Excellent location. Brilliant experience for 2 nights.

The location of hotel is just opposite of Kyoto Station. It is very easy to find and reach this hotel (just crossing the street out from Kyoto Station). The lobby is at 2nd floor. The staffs are very polite and helpful. What I love the most is the lobby provide a reading corner with many books about Kyoto and some novels too. I get to eat the nice food that introduce from the books. Thank you for having this corner. I had a great stay for the 2 nights in room too.

I booked this hotel under Go to travel campaign and only spent 7000yen for 4 days 3 nights. Its an amazing experience especially for a solo female traveler. Women get to choose 2 free amenities every day and the location is very safe. Theres convenience store nearby, a restaurant and cafe at the first floor, direct passage to Kyoto station few walking steps from the hotel entrance, and the Kyoto tower is just behind the hotel. Highly recommend to all solo travelers!!

This is my second stay in this hotel, the first was with my husband in 2015, during our honeymoon. This time we returned with my mom. The location is top notch as its right across Kyoto Station, the room is much much bigger than other hotels I've stayed in Japan, and for the location and size, it's definitely cheap. The staff are very helpful too. I'd definitely come back to this hotel whenever in Kyoto. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
