i love this hotel. even though a bit far from train station, but the room was superb! i love my view. facing Kitakami river. might choose this hotel again in the future

I’d stay here again!”
The staff was incredibly helpful and the facilities are great. The top floor has an onsen and outdoor patio area that are great places to relax. It’s only a five minute walk to a handful of restaurants and the fish market plus about a 15 minute walk to a bunch of other dining options (and a spectacular brewery).

Big Room, near Kitakami station.”
The room is quite big comparing to standard Japanese hotel. Location is near Kitakami station but on the back side which is opposite from the city. Staff is nice.

Goods wrong”
I booked a double room with breakfast and dinner. The booking did not describe any details of dinner. But actually it is a dinner including only "a curry rice and salad" when I stay. This is a very poor experience to have this kind of dinner for the room package with two meals from any hotel booking app. Moreover, Agoda only responses that Dinner and Breakfast meal are prepared and determined by the property. They do not fixed the menu for each day as it depends on the day to day basis and it is fully depends on the property's decision as well. It is a very disappointed response.

Clean and comfortable. Ok for staying one night. Room was smaller than expected as it mentioned 36sq metres when u booked but they gave us a much smaller room.

釜石でのラグビー観戦後の宿泊”
ワールドカップの前哨戦、日本対フィジーの試合を見に行きました。 日本快勝で良い気分で宿泊。 実は、釜石、陸前高田、大船渡などの宿は高級旅館も含めて満室。 口コミ評価の高かった、シティプラザ北上に投宿。 夜は、ラグビージャージを着た同好の氏たちで盛り上がっていました。 たまたま、郷ひろみのコンサートもあり、おばさまたちも大集合！ 近くに大手電機メーカーの工場も新設するとか 今どき、こんなに盛り上がっている地方都市はありません。 北上・花巻都市圏恐るべしです。 あ、ホテルは良い意味で地方の一流ホテルという雰囲気で、整美、保守、教育の行き届いた良いホテルでした。 ロケーションの星1つ原点は、繁華街まで歩くには少し距離がありました。（同伴者、脚に持病あり）車だったのですが、駐車場や代行の情報があまりなく、タクシーを使って移動しました。 非常に満足な旅でした。

室内清潔で北上川の景観もすばらしい”
夫婦で宿泊しました。室内も清潔で、また大浴場もあり大変気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、残念なことは武漢ウイルスの影響で、ホテル内のレストランが閉鎖されており夕食をホテル外でとらざるを得ませんでした。再オープンを祈っています。

最高のロケーション”
北上川ビューの8階の部屋でしたので、桜が開花した展勝地公園の眺めも楽しむことができて、最高でした。 部屋も広く、キングサイズのベッドで一人旅には勿体無いほどでしたが、ゆっくりと寛げました。

ビジネスにはもったいないが大変良い”
価格よりもすごくよかったです。部屋は広いし過ごしやすかったです。朝食もおいしく食べれました。 また機会がありましたら泊まりたいですね。大浴場は少し狭かったし、かけ流しでなかったのが残念でした。 お湯は循環のお様でしたので流れていればもう少し印象が良かったです。ビジネスだったので電子レンジもあればよかったです。（あったのかな？）結婚式場みたいなのでとても清潔感がありました。お世話になりました。

年越し宗谷岬ツーリング”
年越し宗谷岬ツーリングの帰りに2泊しました。 バイクツーリングで都道府県の半数は行ってます。 1泊2万円以上のホテルや数々のホテルに宿泊しましたが(東横、ルートは数知れず)自分の中では今までで一番快適なホテルでした。 プランは、喫煙シングルの朝食付き。部屋は駅側でしたが、北上の街並みや新幹線、更に奥には雪化粧した奥羽山脈が見えます。 展勝地側の眺望も素晴らしいですね～北上川、桜並木、珊瑚橋、奥には北上高地と文句なし(笑) 朝食はルートインより品数多く美味しかったです。 レストランと大浴場は利用しなかったのでノーコメントで。 宿泊者用の駐車場は地下というか屋根付きなうえ、エレベーターで地下まで行けるので、雨のツーリングでも濡れずにパッキングが楽々です。 唯一不満な点は、Wi-Fiの入りがあまり良くないかな～。 中継器増やすなど対応してもらえれば、自分は満点ですね(笑) 今年の夏は、鳥海山&早池峰登山ツーリングの予定なので、また利用させて貰おうと思ってます。

ここのメインは結婚式場のようです。北上川を見ながらの朝食は良かったです。 大浴場(ちょっと小さいが、)もあり快適でした。 ちょっと難はインターネット繋がりにくくて繋がっても遅い。 また、利用したいと思います。
