The hotel is very fancy and comfortable with affordable price. However the location was not really convenient. It is near Hongqiao airport and there’s pretty much nothing near there except for a quiet shopping mall within walking distance. It is recommended for those who wants to enjoy the excellent hotel facilities.

Although, it's not located in town of Shanghai but it's very close to Hongqiao airport and very convenience to Metro. The facility, cleaning, room, breakfast are all good and comfortable experience. I will go again in my next trip & recommended to friends.

Nice and clean atmosphere, though a little far from downtown but quite close to subway station. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay away from downtown but want to have an easy access to anywhere specially Hongqiao railway station and Hongqiao airport.

If you has to attend Necc Shanghai then you can choose this hotel. 10 minutes by walk. The hotel near to HongQiao Station and HongQiao Airport around 30 minutes until 45 minutes by car

I had the best time to spend in Hilton Garden Inn Shangai Hongqiao hotel. You can find it easily food for eat, besides the hotel, it has lots of restaurants. It is also near the Hongqiao International Airport and Railway Station. The room was really clean, it was so comfortable and feels like home! I will definitely come back for sure! Thanks Hilton!

Needed a hotel near Hongqiao train station and this hotel is just 10 minutes away. Got a room upgrade. The staff service is exceptional. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The internet is fast.There are a few restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast is very good. I will come back to stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

Booked as close to Hongqiao high speed train. At checkout staff organised taxi which arrived in a few minutes for early morning train. Very close to subway but subway not open early enough to get to high speed train.

The room facilities is excellent. The hotel is 15 mins away from Hongqiao airport that sometimes taxi driver grumble that's its too close :D .

The hotel is nearby Shanghai Zoo...not much out this area except for the Zoo. I booked because of it relative distant to Hongqiao Train station (two stops from it) and it was also nearby a club called The Mansion which was having an event I wanted attend. This hotel was a quick taxi ride from the train station, which was quite convenient for our early departure. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the hongqiao train station/airport. The room was clean, although smoking is permitted so there was a noticeable smell lingering in the room. The staff were very helpful as well.

The staff at Melia were incredible. It was the worst hotel in my life 1. I made a wrong payment, never cancel. it kinds of Agoda problem, 2. When i requested the staff, "where is the restaurant", she told me it was 5 minutes on foot, it was 10 minutes by taxi, I really want to kill her, 3. It has a nice location closed to airport and train station. The design and service mimic their European style. Very good for travelers.

It is close to MTR and a mall which you find no worries of going out and having food. Hotel is simply to nice, very clean and modern. I would definitely come back again. Btw, Korean street is Just aside where you can find a lot of Korean restaurants .
