This hotel is still new-ish despite that it's more than 10 years old. Great friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance to beach, stores, restaurants, shops.. What more could you ask for?

Unfortunate Accommodation”

I booked my hotel online, my flight got delayed for 24hrs. Upon arrival to to my destination I could not check in to my second booking which was only a few hours even if the rooms were ready. I was not accommodated for my delay as per mgmt due to me booking online.

Despite elevator issues, was a good stay”

Value for the junior suite is awesome. Place is clean. Ocean view and city view are worth it. Just some issues with the elevator... Sometimes there’s one or two working. This is my second stay here, and I’ve never seen all three guest elevators operable. Just takes a long time when there’s one elevator working and the hotel is fully booked. Wish they had more food establishments within the hotel. But there are some places that are close by, the walk around the area is good too.

Although they need work on their elevator system, My room was exceptionally clean and orderly. Need a peace and quiet time and the room I got was nice and spacious. Would go again.

Good deal great buffet”

I got a good deal on the Holiday Suite. It was enjoyable. I thought the lunch buffet was delicious and good value for $18.50. I actually left with a full belly and the food was good. Although the hotel is close to the beach it is not right on the beach. There is a building in front of it. However it is a short walk to the beach. The pool is high up on the 7th? floor or so. There is a small bar there also. The pool is not that fancy but there are chairs to lay out. Overall a pretty good hotel to stay at. Yes the hotel is dated. But good value for Guam hotels.. Would definitely stay again. I thought the staff was absolutely excellent and helpful. All of them!!

Friendly staff. Great location (near the beach). They clean our room everyday, change our towels & sheets even without asking them. 👍🏽

Nice room rude staff”

The view in the room is spectacular. We had the suite and it was very clean and The amenities are complete. Although I found that the staff at the frontdesk seemed rude with that “you’re bothering me kind of attitude”. I was already in front of her and she didn't even acknowledge I was there, even when I said I was checking in she was fixated on her keyboard. Then the time she did put her head up and started checking me in she answered the phone and had me wait again instead of putting the caller on hold. I work in a hotel too and this not how you greet guests especially if they came from a really long day of traveling. Good thing another lady, maybe the manager or supervisor saw me and took over.

Great Value”

Good location. Great restaurants nearby, the Mahi Mahi Fish and Chips was so good i ate there everyday for 3 days. The hotel is kinda old and the elevator is moody but the aircon works well and the room rate is excellent value. The seaview from our room was beautiful.

Pros Great Beach right at the back. In the middle of Guam's main shopping and dining street. Big parking basement. Cons Only 2 elevators working for such a big hotel, might have quite a waiting time during peak hours.

building was a little run down and one of the elevators didnt work. they appeared to be renovating a whole floor, so maybe next time itll be all new. my room was huge, was clean, shower pressure was awesome. wifi worked fine but was a little slow because of the internet provider's poor routing. right next to a park that gave it nice access to the beach, and was easily walking distance to restaurants and shops. walking the beach on the weekend i photobombed many weddings. i would stay again if i got a good deal.

Good hotel, but info needs updating”

I spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed my stay there. However, some things need to be noted on Agoda and within the hotel itself. The Agoda information and the ads in the hotel information book mention that there is a lounge on the second floor. There isn't and the staff I asked about it never knew of a time it was there. It must have closed awhile ago. I also would like to warn about the elevators. There are three for guests, but only one works. When many people are waiting in the lobby, the staff will open up the servive elevator, but that doesn't help people waiting on the upper floors!
