Second visit for hotspring ”
Great and helpful staff with one of the best hotspring access for solo traveller. Only down side is the location which is a distance away from the nearest mrt (but ferry services are provided) and the WiFi is a bit weak. Overall great place to relax.

Fantastic Spa Bath”
No laundry - really a must for a spa town like Beitou. Buffet breakfast limited if arriving in the last hour. Hotel rooms are a little "tired" but very clean great big screen TVs, and the staff were incredibly helpful. This is a cool place to stay and the hotel offered free shuttle to the local branch line Xinbeitou and the main Beitou railway stations for very easy access to Taipei. Taxi to National Palace Museum only $250NTD - great value for four people.

Great comfy hotel for travellers that want to take things slow and enjoy a soak in a hot spring from the comfort of the hotel room. Beitou district is relatively accessible by the hotel shuttle service. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the hotel's individual hot spring so much. Beitou hot spring's quality is supreme and any resort hotels never disappoint our expectations. This hotel should be one of my favorites and I would visit again, targeting the season when the price goes down.

Friendly cozy hotel”
Fast check in, spacious room, just a bit dim, probably due to the dark colour of all the furnitures used. Very big tub for hot spring bath and huge toilet. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel provides free shuttle to the Beitou town and can pick up or drop anywhere we like. Breakfast spread was Taiwan standard type, white porridge with some condiments, some cooked western and continental breakfast. Will definitely recommend to friends and go back again.

Nice chinese style interior design ”
We had a lovely date there! Take a morning walk down the hill and you'll see all the tourist attraction spots Beitou has to offer. I love the big bathroom and hot spring tub space. It also has a pretty Chinese style decoration in the hotel. You should give this hotel a little tour. Great service!

Nice Traditional Hotel”
For those of you who is seeking a quiet place to chill out for a couple of days at Beitou hot spring area, this is as quiet as it gets. 2nd last hotel on a long road up the hills, very few people will pass by this hotel, making it a very nice little place to hide from the rest of the world. Hotel provides 2 way transport from Beitou MRT, thus making it accessible, but if you need amenities, buy them before coming back as its a 20minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. Recommended for couples and those who are looking for a quiet time. Only downside is no internet access.

Comfortable hot spring hotel with good location”
I stayed in this hotel after a nine-day biking tour. The in-room hot spring is excellent. The room is big, clean and have well-covered WIFI connection. The service is nice. The staff offered great help when I asked for some first aid stuff. The limousine is clean and comfortable. But you need to call them and book the service 30 minutes in advance. Walking from hotel to New Beitou station takes only around 10 minutes. Overall, the experience is very good.

Great place to stay”
It is a great place to stay. Quad room bed is big, bathroom is big, although it looks old, but everything is well maintained. Need to call the hotel for shuttle service, either from beitou or xinbeitou station. Great breakfast. Friendly staffs.

Good stay and relaxing ”
The hotel is pretty cozy and a hotspring tub in a room gives you the right to jump into the hotspring after a bath. Area is pretty clean, tidy and spacious. Not much selection for breakfast but the porridge and side dishes are good to go for light start of the day. The hotel is located further in. So it's pretty far to walk to the stores or walk back (uphill). However to compensate this, the hotel provide shuttle services to anywhere in Beitou, but only to note that this services is until 2140. Anytime after, would need to flag a cab down if you need anything from conviencence stores. Finally, a thumbs up for the staff when I made a request to order a cake for my friend birthdays and it's delicious too. They are friendly and willing to help you and gives suggestion on places to go. Overall, definitely a place to return to and relax.

Courteous, Helpful and Accommodating Staffs”
Returning guests. Stayed here last year. Nice, big room with huge hot spring bathtub inside the bedroom. Atmosphere is relaxing and staffs are warm and accommodating. They offer guests free pick up and drop offs from hotel to Beitou station and stops along the way, which is really nice. Breakfast is fine but not as good as before. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall nice experience and will surly come back again.

Good place for family trip. ”
The value is money is great. The facility has the shuttle bus to the metro station so even though it is a bit far away from the metro station the transportation is still convenient. It is a bit old but still clean. The family room has ample of room and the air conditioner is working great. Very close to the thermal valley and within walking distance to the Beitou central park. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with the self cook ramen. Coffee is very good.

Its within walking distance from Xin Beitou. This hotel is higher recommended for a good and relaxing time with family. The famous thermal valley is just 5mins walk. Dinning is also no issue around Xin Beitou station area

A nice place for hot spring with good services”
The hotel is up on a hill and a bit far away from the Xin Beitou Metro Station. I guess it takes about 30 minutes by walk from the station. but the good point is, when you walk down the road from the hotel to the town, it passes through all the tourist attractions including the hot Spring Museum and one of the most beautiful libraries in the world. The hotel room is decorated in Chinese style. what the most impressive is the bathroom, with a big bath tub (with the capacity of 4 people!) which provides water from the hot spring. i would recommend the hotel for family and people who wanna escape from stress and pressure!

Ageless Beauty with the touch of Zen!”
The place looked really zen and i m sure has some long history, the beauty of it was captivating! Although many reviews have commented that the place was a little old, but i still think it's well maintained. the staff are so so friendly and nice, we have check-in really late, but the staff can immediately pulled out our records as i know we are probably the latest to check in as we have travelled over from another city, Wonderful place to relax, chill and also, the nice natural in-room hot spring is fantastic!!! Recommended!
