In general, a great experience. 4 out of 5. Pros: Very nice room. The marina is a nice location and chill environment. decent distance from cherry beach. Easy process to get into the room. Cons: The floors were very dirty. Customer service never addressed my need for an additional parking pass. We were suppose to be provided with two parking passes but only received one. Communicated to Vacasa customer service (the managing company) immediately there was only one pass. They said they were working on a resolution but never resolved it so we never received another pass. If it was not for the dirty floors and lack of customer service, I would have rated my experience a 5 out of 5.
