Great price for location and quality”

Very close to Namba Station to connect to the subway and JR lines. The bedroom was a bit cramped, but there was space in the hallway from the door to the bathroom and bedroom. Very clean with a modern design, and we enjoyed the upgraded tech like the smart tv. We would stay again.

Nice hotel!”

We stayed this hotel first time and we strongly recommend here. Location is near Nanba station. I stayed with a fiend. A room wasn’t big but the room size was enough for us and clean.

Great location and up to date facilities!”

I was with my friend actually and the room were spacious. We taking the twin bed, it look a little bit crowded but still, we feel comfortable. The design and interior were modern, the tv and connection were up-to-date, can watch youtube and can easily mirroring your phone on it. There were robe and basic facilities, the wardrobe were small but for me, it doesn’t effect much. For the front desk, I was doubting at first, because there were a few comments says the staff were not really welcoming, but guess its my luck, the staff that I get were really helpful and they communicate in english very well. The location were very easy to find. Can easily google it through maps and really near to JR Namba and also there were few convenience stores around. The surrounding area look a little bit creepy honestly, but compare to a few places I had stay before, I highly recommend this hotel for a female traveler for it’s location. Sum things up, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would probably book them again if the price were still same.

Just a 1 minute walk from Exit 7 of Midosuji Subway Line. 5 minute walk to Nankai line which is direct to Kansai Airport. And very close to the airport bus stop.

Did not live up to the glorious reviews”

I chose Grid because of the wonderful reviews. It was okay. Comfortable enough. I asked for bottled water in the front desk, I can hear the other staff laughing in the background, even the person talking to me is obviously trying not to laugh. I do not understand if it's because I do not speak Japanese. It was very rude. Room amenities are not complete. Do not expect. Breakfast is repetitive. Delicious tho. Overall, it was okay. Not an amazing one. I do not agree with the review that says they had an amazing stay.
