In short, a very lovely, quiet private hotel with LOTS of perks. Long story: Beautiful hotel that is priced very cheap compared to what they offer. Basically I love everything about this hotel. First of all, location is good at 2 km around 1.600-2000yen to town and 2.200 yen to New Furano Prince Resort for the ski. Second, room is huge at 40m2 and 80m2. It feels like home. Don’t let the shady picture deceive you. It looks lovely in actual. Bed is nice and comfy, quality yukata for onsen, a huge range of amenities (l’occitane and 8 others products: moisturizing face gel, hair tonic, hair styling, etc. you got it all). Fridge full of refillable drink (even beer), FREE BAR in the lobby, delicious welcome snack, free milk after bath, free NOON SNACK AND NIGHT SNACK, basically they got all your life covered. I almost unpack nothing because they provide all! I can’t write any longer due to max limit, but PLEASE, this hotel perks and price for that are among the best.

Wonderful Stay in Furano”

The Lobby Decoration is super comfortable, Dinner was delicious, Garden is beautiful

I think Furano Hotel is worthy, even it costs higher than other hotels in Furano area. It's a very spacious hotel with only 25 rooms, so it's very quiet and relaxing. Food is also very exquisite. We enjoyed stay here.

Very disappointing”

After reading good reviews about the property we were truly disappointed. Firstly there was no wifi in the building. Agoda claims there is wifi in public areas. Wrong. Secondly, we were always cold. Heating for the winter has been turned off and cold air just blew through the building and through our room. Thirdly, no shower! The hotel fails to deliver basic comforts.

good for a retreat. best if driving. can call taxi easily to go around the town. only 2 scheduled shuttle service to the skiing site in the morning at 9 and 12. Only 1 back in the afternoon at 4.

贅沢な空間、時間”

初めて利用させて頂きました。 エントランスから入り、フロントの落ち着いた贅沢な空間から眺める大パノラマの景色に期待が高まりました。 夕食は利用者が多いためか料理が出てくるのに時間がかかりましたが、それ以外はとても美味しいフレンチを楽しめました。 展望できる大浴場には岩盤浴もありゆったりリラックス。 スタッフの方々の丁寧で細やかなサービスに感謝です。 また、是非利用したいです。

よいホテルです”

1泊2食付きで（ミシュランの星を獲得している高級レストラン）、温泉ありの好条件とはいえ、料金がやや割高に感じるかもしれませんが、ホテル所有の広大な庭の手入れに費用がかかっているので、その分と割り切りました。のんびりとラベンダー畑の中を散策など、ホテル館内で一日過ごすことができる、休暇を過ごすにあたり、よいホテルでした。

前回は大変良かったので2度目の利用をさせてもらいました。夕食の提供サービスが高級ホテルらしからぬサービスでした。1品づつの提供スピードが遅い。又、前回はパンが無くなったら直ぐに持って来てくれましたが、基本の提供分のみでした。繁忙期で宿泊者が大き割りにスタッフがギリギリで対応しておりビジネスホテル以下のサービスでした。2度と泊まりませんしお勧めしません。

服务设施不错，但是周边十分荒凉，入住时被告知只有在3点以前才能预约酒店晚餐，而酒店里没有其它餐厅，周边步行半小时内也没有其它商业设施，只能零食充饥
