Beautiful Place”
First, the cleanliness is exceptionally well, the room is very clean and bed is quite comfy for us; staffs are nice and friendly. Second, the villa itself is like among the hills, thus slightly a light hiking feeling as you walk up to the villa and café, but then you have a very amazing view. If you bring elderly, you might need to request a lower villa/room. It is not so elder-friendly as there are steep uphill, I suppose. Third, you can borrow the bicycle for free, there is also a small zoo. Last, the breakfast is ala carte, limited standard Indonesian food, nothing special and the food at café is mostly out of stock. Overall, a very nice place for retreat, highly recommended.
A great place to stay ”
The hotel provide interesting in house outdoor activities and you won't feel bord. They have very very nice view around the villa and restaurants. They also have a very good seafood restaurant far inside the town and just beside sea. They provide free 2 way transportation to the seafood restaurant, and it is a must try when you stay with the hotel. A great Seafood and great villa.
Nice place for healing ”
Actually the place quite far from Tanjung Uban speed boat terminal. It takes about 45 minutes to reach to this place due to road closures & we have to detour using alternative roads (inner/old road). Nice place to stay & the staffs were very friendly & helpful.
Vacation trip to De Bintan Villan ”
We stayed at Grand Delux Hotel room which existing at mountain foot (garden view). Transportation (good) They provide free shuttle service for both ways. But we need to contact to De Bintan via email. And there is mini ferry to climb up to De Cliff cafe, mini zoo. Accommodation (good) The room is very large and cleaned. All facilities are included, the bed is very comfy. Toilet and bathroom are very large and all look like new. Wifi speed is good as well. But they need to renew the door access card (card doesn’t work and unable to scan to unlock the door). Food (good) Breakfast items are not very much and very simple. But the taste is nice. We ate our lunch their local foods at the restaurant. The taste is very special. I like pine-apple juice so much (really nice). And for our dinner, we tried western food at De-Cliff Cafe at the cliff. We are not satisfied western food, they need to upgrade western food. The view is amazing at De-Cliff café. You should go there 4pm onward to enjoy sunset and foods, drinks. Hospitality great hospitality, welcome drink (orange juice is very refreshing and tasting). All staffs are friendly and helpful. Water bite is very worthy. It costs 80,000 rps only for two pax. We were very happy. Overall, we really satisfied while we stayed at De Bintan. We’ll come again in next yr.
Worth the stay”
Commendable staff, they are the best. The cliff cafe is best to watch sunset, and the viewing deck for sunrise. Superior room was clean though no clothes hanger provided. The villas are raised from ground so mind you got to walk stairs or have the buggy service going up. Superior room are just few steps away from reception. Great place to explore for 2 or more days stay. They give you a 15% voucher at Tanah Merah Seafood which is also a best spot to eat lunch. Highly recommended.
