Amazing Hospitality!”
We booked Fairmont Ajman to celebrate birthday and the we were impressed (like always) with their hospitality. Fairmont Ajman is our To Go property for a staycation, simply love it. The staff did a special arrangement and gave me a morning surprise when I looked outside the room and found birthday wishes written on the beach! Ali (guest relations) was very helpful. The hotel followed the standard procedures during these challenging times and ensured the hygiene and social distancing was maintained. The room was spacious with huge sea facing terrace... it was one of the best staycations we had. Absolutely delight and recommended property.

Best Fairmont I've ever stayed in. It succeeded my expectations with the free upgrade to a one bed suite. They even wrote happy birthday in the sand from one side of the beach to another. It was the best surprise ever!

Relaxing stay”
Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. The room was huge, comfy bed, and the facilities are good. We really enjoyed chillin at hamoc watching the sunset- our favorite part of our stay. Cons- check in time is too late-3pm, the beach have seaweeds floating ashore, the pool is most likely for kids as the depth is only 4.1 ft. It would be better too if they have a wider selection of breakfast to offer Nonetheless, we still love this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We arrived on the Friday afternoon to attend a friends wedding (Mr. and Mrs. Hamadeh) and the check in was a little delayed though I believe that this was due to us being upgraded to a suite, which we didn't mind about. The room was very clean, though I thought that the curtains should have been drawn open as it was very dark when we first entered and couldn't see the wonderful views. I also noticed that there was a dirty ashtray left on the patio outside of the bedroom. This should have been replaced with a clean one prior to anyone checking in. Otherwise our one night stay was very pleasant (though next time we will make sure that we stay at least for two nights) :-)

Great place for a staycation with very friendly staff”
The rooms were lovely, the beach was great, the gym had a variety of equipment. Pool was smaller than expected but the beach made up for it. The staff was great and extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety. The room views were breathtaking where you had unobstructed views of the ocean from the room.

Pros: Room is big and has great view of the beach and the pool. Comfy beds and sheets. Plenty of cable channels. Fast service from staffs. Cons: Need update on the furnitures and design to be at par with other five star hotels. Some parts of the room need cleaning as I saw dusts in some parts. Room design is quite confusing with the barrier separating bed from shower and toilet. Need card to use the lift.

This was supposed to be a short one night stay, but we extended it to two nights. The hotel, the staff and the facilities were just so great. The Turkish restaurant was phenomenal! Only room of improvement is that the Italian restaurant could get some better lightning to get a nicer atmosphere. Special kudos to Mr Hassan in the reception! We'll be back!

Perfect Summer Getaway”
We upgraded our room to a junior suite and it was worth it. The room size was very comfortable. It was very nice to lounge indoors with the view of the sea from the window. The staff were cordial and nice but housekeeping tends to be slow. We didn’t get to enjoy much of the amenities but the walk on the beach at nighttime was very nice. I would definitely come back.

if you wish to explore mall and do some shopping this would not be an ideal location......also one point worth mentioning we arrived around 10pm for check in and the front desk was under staff with only one staff helping a queue of people.......so when you thought we finally arrived at the hotel after a long flight, this just doesn't come at a better time............apart from that ......price is justified for our stay
