1.Pets and Livestock (a) The Resident is not permitted to keep any pets or animals in Tiara Desaru Residences TDR 2. Nuisance - The Guest shall at all times conduct himself in such manner as not to cause any nuisance to other parties in TDR 3. Cleanliness (a) The Guest is advised to keep the stay clean and hygienic and to take all practicable measures to prevent infestation by pest or vermin. (b) Nothing shall be thrown or emptied by any person out of windows and balconies into or onto the common property. Garments, rugs. mops or other objects shall not be dusted, shaken or cleaned from windows, stairways, corridors, fire escape areas or in the common area. (c) Smoking is not allowed inside units. Cigarette butts must not be thrown out of balconies and windows into the common area Parties and Functions 4.Parties and Functions (a) Private parties or functions are limited to the designated area or within a private apartment. (b) The management reserves the right to close the pool whenever it deems fit (c) All private parties and functions should not exceed 2300 hours/ 11:00pm whether in one's unit or by the pool. (d) All invited guests must register with the security guards before entering and park their vehicles at the visitors' car park 5.Vandallism The cost of any repair to any common property defaced or vandalized shall be borne wholly by the person who has caused such damage. 6. Disposal of Refuse (a) All domestic waste should be placed in non-porous polythene bags (plastic bags) which need be fastened before being placed in the refuse collection point which is located at the ground floor of each block these will be collected daily by the cleaning contractor. (b) Sanitary towels should not be thrown into the water closet (c) No rubbish, rags, or any other refuse shall be permitted to be thrown out through the doors or windows or balconies of the premises onto the common area or in the corridors, lift lobbies or in any part of the common area. 7. Swimming Pools (a) operating Hours The pool is open from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm except during maintenance period. No person shall be allowed to use the pool when the pool is closed. The management reserves the right to close the pool without prior notice.
