Had a great time, it has lots of things to keep the kids occupied, and the bay is nice and smooth and not deep at all. My 6 year olds had a blast everyday. Staff was very accommodating and I had no issues. Breakfast was included, and it was a nice selection, half american style and half korean style. Would definitely go again.

Every infrasturcture, swimming pool was good. And there are pcr test cite in the hotel, so it was comfortable to do pcr test. And there are restaurants and ABC mart nearby, so we can cut down on the time.

My family enjoyed this hotel. Great location, near restaurants and shopping. The pool was great. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Parking was a bit crowded during my stay, it was hard to find a spot sometimes. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The place was renovated. Room is okay for the price. Wish the room was carpeted. We got connecting rooms. The bidet didnt work in the other room. Water I think was salt water because my hair gets super dry and sticky after a shower. Location is great. Taxi just right outside. Shopping is there. The shopping trolley bus stop was near. So many food choices around. Front desk staff needs to work on their people skills. They seem bored with their jobs and were not at all accommodating and friendly. We didn’t feel welcomed. Would probably pay extra to stay at the newer Dusit just across this one next time. Also, housekeeping staff forgot to change our towels, didnt replenish the body wash, didnt give us bath mats and room slippers, and even took our key card that was in the key slot. Overall an okay experience. Bottled water provided for the 1st night, then you have to refill them diwn the hall. Water has a taste. Also, if staying for a while, not sure it’s hygienic to be reusing the same water bottle several times?

Service not good and cleanliness terrible ”
After checking in at earlier morning, we tried to buy 2 sandwiches at lobby lounge. It took us at least 20 minutes to get the sandwiches at 5:30am at lobby lounge counter. Overall the service attitude there just so so, I think it’s only because the business is really good and they don’t need to care about the service. Btw, we found 1 underwear and T-shirt at the cabinet at Room 1107! It just seems incredible!

Poor service”
Was pretty disappointed with the service, our international flight arrived at 5am and we went straight to the hotel. On arrival we asked whether our room was available, and it was however we had to pay an early check in fee. I said I was happy to pay and asked the price, and they wanted to charge us a full nights stay for checking in a few hours early, obviously I rejected the offer. Then asked what time we could reasonably expect to check in, I was told I may be able to check in an hour early. Very helpful. When we finally checked we were allocated the room which was originally available for early check in. So our room obviously was available the entire time, they were just more concerned about trying to snatch a few dollars from a customer than actually taking care of their customers. Also over the couple of days we were there the place was dead, they would have easily had more than 50% of their rooms available when we checked in. Pretty poor service

Rough Three-day Weekend”
We went to have a relaxing three-day weekend but it was far from it. Mold and mildew on the ceilings in the hall, Our bathroom had mildew on the shower curtains, holes in the door and the wood paneling missing along the sink. Our our conditioner had bearings going out and whined all night long. We went and asked to have it repair or a new room and they couldn't guarantee either (wasn't wanting to move us to a new room). Later they said it was fixed, went back and it was until around 2am and then it was worse. They moved us to another room. Room was exact same but in better shape but the TV kept stop working. No rest this weekend.
