The most beautiful and cozy hotel. Is in the right place from the disneyland . Without a break working transport to disneyland and free of charge. The only inconvenience was the time of the settlement in the hotel - it is 3.00pm . The departure from it is 11.00am. Staff cleaning the room works like a clock, always clean and soft towels, clean carpet, cleaned beds. The hotel always has hot water, but pool it is cold. Thank you very much to the staff of the hotel!!!!! Everything was great!!!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. It is value for money! The room is very new and clean. The breakfast is good (could be better if have more choices). They provide shuttle bus to the train station at Disneyland which makes things so much more convenient! The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful! The only thing is we requested for a late check out at 12pm and the reception agreed with it. However, during the morning that we were supposed to check out, the house keeper staff have been storming in since 10am (although the check out time is 11am). They just knock and come in without giving us time to respond. We have told them that we requested late check out at 12pm however they just keep on coming in every 15 mins! That annoyed us a little cause we felt not respected. However overall it is a very good hotel for Disneyland visit! Would recommend to everyone!

Wonderful experience. The hotel staff were professional and friendly and polite. Service was impeccable. The room price was very competitive as compared to the Disneyland hotels. The room was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Free shuttle service to-and-fro to Disneyland, with added shuttle services ferrying all remaining guests even after the the park closes at 11pm. Hotel located near a mall and factory outlet. Can't ask for more.

There was 4 of us in one room. It was good and local to Disneyland Paris. The buffet breakfast was nice and typical of what you expect. The rooms are average. One double bed and bunk beds. It was only needed for a place to sleep, so we weren't fussed about the price etc. This hotel even has a petting zoo, which was unexpected but a nice touch. They have their own Disney shop in case you didn't get everything at the park. A bus stops right outside the entrance to reception and takes about 5-10mins to reach the park. These buses/shuttles are free and are a great way going to and from Disneyland. Definitely worth staying here as it is the 2nd stop when you leave Disneyland on the bus. But also, a great hotel if you don't want to break the bank.

It was indeed a very nice hotel in regards of location. It was just right infront of Val d' Europe station which is one station away from Disneyland. Hotel provides free shuttle to Disneyland as early as 8.43am, however free shuttle bus normally a too full as its picked up 2 hotel guests. The rooms are quite big as well as bathroom with tubs. Lifts is available in hotel but WIFI as mention is suppose to be available seems undetectable. Well overall this hotel is very good, will recomend to my friends who wish to stay near, closed to Disneyland and reasonable price. Great job!

Pros- Nice helpful receptionist named Angela. Stayed at apartment No.236 which is near the elevator so its just a short easy access in/out through the side of the reception desk. A double bed room separated by a sliding door to the living area with a sofabed which is user friendly and comfortable. Pantry is well equipped. Unfortunately the toilet is located next to the entrance while the shower room is in the bedroom which is kind of weird as you need to walk about 15 steps away but it was not really a big problem. We had the view facing the swimming pool. After check-out, we stored our luggages there for a last minute shopping. Took a taxi from Hi Park back to the train station for €15. Cons. After our train ride to Chessy, we had a long walk across the Val D Europe Mall then a little further up to reach HiPark. I would recommend taking the taxi for families with luggage and children from the train station. Going to Disneyland from HiPark was easy as the free shuttle bus will fetch at the entrance of the lobby but returning is at a different stop so my advice is to ask the reception earlier. The free bus shuttle is No.50. You need to wait at the designated bus stop for No.50 near the train station after your disneyland visit. For families with children, upon entering Disney Parks, remind them that should they get lost, just go to the customer service and wait to avoid panic for both parties. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place. Thank you for a great service.

the hotel is located 1 Metro stop away from marne la vallee Disneyland. it is a cheaper alternative to stay near to disneyland here. also it is located within 10mins walking distance to a giantic shopping mall which houses a huge supermarket. the room contains a state of the art kitchenette with a dishwasher. the best part is they provide many dishes and cups in the room which many hotels are lacking. the room is super cosy with a king sized bed in a singe small room with a tv mounted on the wall. the shower room has a bathtub in it and is separated from the toilet. they also have a balcony which I loved. the weather was great and the view was fantastic as I had a room overlooking the sunset. the location of the hotel is also fantastic as you can walk across the shopping center to a factory outlet there which has longchamp, armani, guess, ted baker etc etc. they close at 8pm on the dot. the hotel is located right above the metro station Vincenne if you get out from the correct exit. there is 2 exits from the metro and be warned that they do not have lifts there except an escalator that goes upwards. should you need to head back to zone1 or CDG airport. you can take the metro to disneyland, then take the TGV line to the airport which cost seperately. it takes 15mins to get to the CDG airport from Disneyland. hope this helps.

We chose this hotel just because it provides shuttle service to Disneyland (right beside to RER train station). Shuttle service is frequent and fantastic. Staff is approachable, friendly and professional. Hotel does provide baggage storage service as well. Thumbs up to this. Room is great, very considerate with the curtain beside our bunk bed (we booked family room). However toilet tiles are so slippery that all of us almost fell when it is wet (might need to place anti slippery mats or whatever). It is quite dangerous if someone just broke his legs or arms during shower. There is restaurant on site but if you would like a light meal just grab it at the convenient store at the train station before got back to the hotel. Overall I will still come back for this hotel if I am visiting Disneyland again.

been here before, i found the hotel is a very reasonable cost, since i'm moslem, i would prefer to cook my own food for the family to avoid non halal food and the hotel accomodate with full kitchen equipment complete with dishwasher. very close to Val d'europe shopping outlet, very close to Auchan (department store, where we can find halal meat/chicken) a free bus shuttle to Disneyland paris bed is quite small, but its enough for us. good reception, good taxi arrangement, on time at 0600 AM. free playstation in lobby. well, i will definetly stay here again whenever i visit Paris..

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and found it a great value especially compared to other hotels and expensive Disneyland hotels. It had a convenient bus stop to Disneyland and the train station that ran every 20 minutes or so. The room was clean but there was no maid service. We enjoyed having a ground level room with a door to the outside since we are smokers. There is a microwave, small stove and refrigerator and electric kettle. The beds were too hard for my taste but we managed to sleep well. The best part was having a large tub as it was so relaxing after a long day of walking and standing at Disneyland!

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place with shuttle bus services up & down to Disneyland. Vienna staff are very helpful, friendly and showing smiling faces all the time. The room was big enough for couple and very clean... I felt like I'm in my home... Excellent services with excellent play ground for children too... I definitely will come back to Disneyland and Vienna will be my favorite hotel to book and stay... Thanks Vienna..

Perfect location in the middle of the meadow, away from the city jamming, with all the possible facilities from outdoor activities such as football, golf, basketball and kids playground to indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam. And not to forget the barbeque area by the lake. It contains a market place and an Italian restaurant " try the Salmon fillets and the vegi lasagna, u will love it" The townhouse was superb, with all the appliances u would need. Shuttle service to disneyland and La Vallee outlet village. Disneyland tickets available too. Loved it and yaaa definitely recommend it.

Advantages: 1) Location: We booked this place as we wanted a location close to Disneyland Paris but with a reasonable price. This hotel is about 5 - 10mins walk from Val D' Europe train station (you can go to Disneyland from this station; only 1 stop away. Disneyland station is called: Marne - la - vallee Chessy..ticket is around 1.90 euro/2 euro per trip). The hotel is also about 5 mins walk to the shopping mall Val D' Europe and also the fashion outlet (La Vallee Village) with designer goods. 2) Room: the room was spacious than i thought. Love how there was a small kitchenette in it. 3) Services: the receptionist was friendly, helpful and informative. They provide luggage storage services for free too. Breakfast was the usual pastries, cereals and toasts. Simple but sufficient. I would truly return back to this hotel if i were to visit Disneyland again.

Location was spot on with the shuttle to Disneyland where we visited and could catch connections to Paris and other locations. The staff during our stay were absolutely amazing. The evening front desk member of staff helped us with all our issues, he gave us extra bedding due to a room mix up. The bar member of staff took it upon himself to help us order food from a local take away as our French was awful! The room itself was lovely, very spacious, clean, exactly what we needed. Although there was an issue as we asked for a twin and not double, but this was rectifying. We left some pots one night with the intention of cleaning them on our return, but the cleaning staff did it for us! Overall can’t fault our stay. Already recommended to my colleagues and family. Absolutely amazing. Can’t find fault
