I was at the one in port aransas . The room smelled very mildew. Sheets had stains on them. The staff was very polite just needs a little maintenance

Really only one complaint. The internet did not work. I chose this hotel because they offered internet, so in fact they failed to deliver on their advertisement. Hotels need to realize how important this can be these days, and treat an internet outage the same as they would a power or water outage.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly and we were pleased with the accommodations. The room was pleasantly decorated with ample room for our stay. The morning breakfast was tasty with plenty of items to choose from. Very pleased and would book here again.

The location of this new hotel is convenient, right next to the ferry terminal, restaurant and shopping. The lack of a swimming pool is one drawback if you like that. Rooms clean and comfortable. Reception staff are helpful and friendly, but one staff responsible for the breakfast layout was decidedly rude.
