The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and the handicapped bathroom was the best I have used. The free breakfast was very good. I would not recommend Agoda.com to anyone as they overcharged me. The rate I was given at the hotel was much less than I was charged by Agoda, but I had already paid. Will not be using them again.

For a quick stop over, it was comfortable. Are only issue was as we checked out, we could see a sweaty hand print on the bed back board. You could only see it with the right reflection. An easy miss. But the staff should be mindful of this.

The room seemed decent upon arrival and the sheets and bathroom were clean. However through the night, some of the sheets came off a corner of the bed and the mattress had stains and looked old and had some mold spots and it just was very disturbing. Stayed 3 nights, plus points: Large, clean room with good bathroom, handy fridge and micro wave. Good pool, nice staff, good breakfast, large car park fast wifi and good aircon. Bad points: Located on the edge of town, not much choice of restaurants in the area, $11 each way for cab into town centre

We stayed at this place for a ski trip. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Massanutten which isn’t bad. We were in room 207 and the shower was on/leaking the entire time we were there. The hotel needs upgrades. Cleaning staff was very nice. The remaining staff lacked professionalism. Was not the normal Marriott staff that we have come to expect. We paid almost three times the normal rate due to graduation and was less than impressed with the hospitality and care of the hotel.
