I don't think we can call it a hotel.Dirty everywhere, unfriendly staff.And when I get into the room,the room is so dirty, leaking from the AC and so dark cause some of the light is broken.I just stay only an hour just take a shower.It such wasting some money.

The room dirty, sheet and bed cover unchanged. Towels still wet. The bedroom floor was dirty. The bathroom also dirty. Elevator out of service.

the room is just a standard, but the bathroom is not really nice and full with cocroach

DISASTER”

i check out from this place,before the time and move to another hotel. They took me at 3rd floor. Lift broken,room dirty, discusting bedroom, and dead line phone. I angry and call them from my private phone, to change the room. Its better room, but they left me with the broken refrigerator (it's make the room hot) poor Ac condition, bathroom with the broken shower and slip floor. So that's it, I choose to left this hotel and i don't care about the roll pay cause i need work in the morning. I BEG YOU to all traveller, please don't you ever book this hotel. They proof cheaper you must accept every condition.

Never comeback to the hotel next time in my next visiting to Cikarang,the lightning in the room is very poor,bed sheets & the room cleanliness is super low,it's not deserved even if you have the discount 50% of the room rates

A Nightmare!!!”

The most terrible place we've ever stayed-over. No working elevator and telephone, terrible dirty rooms and bed sheets. A bathroom an animal doesn't want to step-in. A smell in the room and out from the fridge which leaves us speechless. One star for this "Hotel" would be more than flattered. Overall a nightmare and no sleep at all

A Lot of mosquito , Room very dark

Hotel with good staff attitude”

It is an old hotel building but considered easy to find as it is iconic over in cikarang, I found the room to be comfortable and spacious. But mosquitoes can be found in room and card key to room door system fails at certain times to be activated, it is a problem trying to tap and get into the room almost every time. The room phone was faulty and i did not have time to reflect all these to the staff. But they got a bellboy or staff to come knocking when they called a taxi for me each time. Staff is certainly courteous but you have to speak slowly in english to let them understand if you can't speak bahasa.

Standard Budget Hotel”

Hotel has been my company hotel since we started doing projects at cikarang The location is perfect which near to toll gate back to Jakarta. However the time passed by the food service such free breakfast are getting bad specially maybe if only few customer are currently lodge in to this hotel. Besides that the room standard are still fine.

Overall is ok. The room is clean, except the bed is too low and I accident hurt my toes twice.

Acceptable, not much choice in Cikarang anyway”

Generally acceptable, at least much better than president executive suits, at least I can get wifi in my room. Don't expect much, what they give is just a room to stay, with air-cond & water heater, with wifi, that's all. Not much choice in Cikarang anyway.

Central location for business traveller”

all of the hotel facility is new and the hotel is good. Major service of hotel is provided and the serounding get restaurant and shopping mall for dinner

Pros are very friendly staffs. Strategic location due to near highway, and nightlife shops for men. Japanese, western and local food available in the restaurant. Good internet signal. big and comfortable room. Convenience store are nearby. Cons are Standard room have no refrigerator, very small table and shower room. Deluxe room are recommended if you require bigger table, bigger shower room and a refrigerator.
