Very disappointed with this experience. The family room was ok but very old and felt dirty. We only stayed one night and that was a week too long. We decided to skip breakfast and weren't brave enough to have any room service the night we arrived. All based around the look of the facilities and amenities.

COMFORT and CLEAN”

This Hotel clean, have a big room, good breakfast and have parking lot, your car will be clean every day, they washed all the car parked at the Hotel :)

Royal business room with not working Wi-Fi...!”

The hotel really looks like a palace: Very stylish and spacy room. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is quite basic with little variety. Room service is good and very tasty. The Wi-Fi is just terrible, no internet connection at all. Impossible for a 3* hotel. Must be improved immediately to keep the title of being a Palace.

The staff is not helpful”

So, i booked the room for my father. As i accompany him to checked in, the staff was not very friendly. They gave my father a room in 1st floor and unfortunately he lost one of his belonging there. My father said he report it right away but, again the staff was not helpful at all. I don't know what happened, but the thing that my father lost was inside his bag. I can't help to assume something. If you happen to have planned to stay in this hotel, just be careful with you belongings.

Nice room,but no pool.”

I really like the room, my kids also. nice room with classic interior style. unfortunately there is no pool, where kids could enjoy their time stay in the hotel. and also AC in corridor and public area need to be improve to give more fresh air and odor. its including lobby,restaurant and lift as well. thank you.

Worth for money”

Hotel is quite old, but it's worth for money. Location is strategic and near with Soto Segar Hj. Fatima which is really good. Input for the hotel, eventhough its old but still cleanliness need to be maintained. Thank you

Simple hotel”

Just for sleep at night is ok.and just 1 nite. Because we have an invitation at next to the hotel . The room is simple & not big enough. But has a bathtub. But my child say... The room is so creepy😢 sorry to say. The front office staff is helpfull.

Some improvement needed in your restaurant during breakfast. Some tables were not cleaned and not many choices of breakfast menu.

As always, my place of choice to crush in whenever my family and I go to Solo. If you look for more modern interiors, don't go.

Kind of creepy”

The positives: bed, tv channel, mini refrigerator, room services and breakfast are really nice The negatives: water (it's full of sand after a few minute), not really clean in bathroom, it's smell not good, we also found a cockroach from bathroom to bedroom. Overall, it's really good and nice hotel. However, they should do some renovation, from painting the outside of the hotel. Insect inspection every week. Change the bathub to standing shower (it will be better). Thanks.

Family friendly hotel”

This is the hotel that my family and I frequently stayed in whenever we travel to Solo. The building is old but still comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful and most important, the hotel is family-friendly. Their buffet didnt give much variation of food but they're good. Pretty clean despite the old age. Overall, still a nice stay.

It was my pleasure to stay with my family. The staff offered me with upgraded room, it was family room, with the same price of extra bed. And the food is even better in taste.

I do like to stay in this hotel even far from the shopping center. But the location is good, the environment is not too crowded.
