Outstanding hotel with impeccable service . The room was amazing comfort 10 out of 10 huge bath room facilities excellent. The breakfast is superb value as is the the food in the other restaurants. The hotel presented us with a surprise birthday cake and a card from the staff . The attention to detail is second to none. The gym is a dream everything you need in perfect working order.. I cannot find fault in this hotel and we will miss the big fluffy robes . Give yourselves a big pat on the back crown plaza.

Location - walking distance around 10 to 15 mins to night market, convenient syore located opposite the hotel, a franchise coffeeshop just outside the hotel. The location is quiet and mostly of the tourist area around 10 mins travel distance by taxi.

This is very much a corporate style hotel - lacking in character. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, the location is not great for exploring the downtown riverside where most of the action is and is a good 25 minute walk. The underground carpark is an absolute nightmare - currently shared with the neighbouring Holiday Inn. There are some renovation works going on but no signs to direct you to the Crowne Plaza. Everytime I entered it, my family and myself got lost! For a better experience and a similar price, there are a number of small boutique hotels downtown and I would certainly recomm,end these for both location, service and ambience.

The Crowne Plaza was a nice place to settle into vacation mode for us. We needed a lazy day, a day for exploration, and the Crowne offered us a nice place to come back to. The pool was rather cold, even in the afternoon when the sun was on it, but clean. The spa and gym were lovely. The breakfast was the real highlight. It was delicious! The staff accommodated us nicely and were friendly.
