The room provides hangers, mineral water, tea, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an umbrella, and other daily necessities. The room is clean and there are no strange odors. The daily room service is very good, so there is no need to worry about the lack of service. The room is well cleaned and visible areas are tidy. However, there is dust and dirt under the sofa, the air conditioning vent is dirty, and the shower head connection is black and moldy. These inconspicuous places with dirt are still within an acceptable range. The self-service breakfast is delicious and there is a sufficient variety of food and drink options. The hotel is located near the Shin-Kei Bridge, which has many restaurants, a food street, department stores such as Daimaru, and two Donki stores. The Donki store near the Ferris wheel is more convenient and open until late at night. There are also several convenience stores nearby. In terms of public transportation, the hotel is located between two subway stations, which takes about 10 minutes to walk to. However, the JR Airport Express Line is located next to the subway station, which takes about 15 minutes to walk to. Overall, it is still an acceptable distance and there is no need to worry too much. Overall, the hotel receives a score of 9/10, which is excellent.

The hotel is located near department stores such as Daimaru, 0101, and Takashimaya, as well as supermarkets for shopping. Nihonbashi Station and Kuromon Market are also within walking distance. This is a very high-quality hotel with excellent service and delicious breakfast (especially when you put rice in the curry). The hotel is located next to the Glico sign, and it's easy to take pictures in the morning and evening. It's only a 2-minute walk from the Namba subway station, making it very convenient to travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need, including a hairdryer, bath salts, and luggage storage in the lobby. The key card is required to use the elevator, and there is a water dispenser on each floor, as well as free bottled water in the room (which is so surprising that you might think you have to pay for it). It's definitely worth the price.

This is a great place for small families to stay on their first day of traveling to Osaka, as it is very convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. Next to the hotel is a Ichiran Ramen (no pork flavor, the regular flavor is a 2-minute walk away), and there are at least 8 ramen shops, famous Osaka-style grilled food restaurants, Daiki seafood conveyor belt sushi (which is just as good as Sushiro), and a 24-hour AEON FOOD STYLE supermarket where you can buy fruit, milk, green juice, Meiji probiotic R-1 yogurt, and large PET drinks. However, it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the subway station. Additionally, it is a 20-minute walk to the Nankai Electric Railway Namba Station.

I enjoyed our two-night stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. The location was convenient, the service was good, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Location: The hotel is right next to Dotonbori, a famous street in the center of Osaka, which is a huge plus. However, because it is such a busy street, expect to hear some noises (especially from motorcycles) at night if your room overlooks the main road. Check-in: We arrived at Osaka before the check-in time and the staff kindly helped us to store our luggage (they have a cloakroom where you can store bags/luggage on the first floor and it is freely accessible). Staff: All of the staff we interacted with were able to speak fluent English, which made communication easier (we do not speak Japanese). They were also polite and quick to assist us with anything we needed. Facilities: The hotel provides various amenities (e.g. toothbrushes, hair brush) that were freely accessible at the hotel lobby. The room was small but sufficient, especially as we were just resting for the night. There were also water coolers, vending machines and microwaves at the lift lobby. Importantly, they have a few restaurants that operate within the hotel itself. Our stay included the breakfast buffet from one of these restaurants, which we thought was fantastic. Cleanliness: The beds and toilets were generally clean. However, the top of the bedframes were quite dusty, and were not cleaned even after we requested the room to be cleaned during the day. Overall, the hotel is great and I would recommend to stay here if you are visiting Osaka for a short stay or for the first time.
