I love my stay so much that while i'm there i'm already planning my next trip. Mr Kazuaki is very hardworking and kind. He did many things that wasnt his duty example dusting our car from the snow as there was a snow storm at night. He is very soft spoken, humble and caring as we wanted to bbq in the evening, he warned us of the minus temperature that was approaching. His place is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend for you to book his place is you're in Furano.

Very Nice Place”
Cottage is in the middle of the field, well equipped and cozy cottage, surrounding the cottage is rice/ malt /melon field. Mr. Kazuaki (the owner of the cottage) is a very nice guy and speak very good English. The room is too comfortable to stay and one day is definitely not enough, if check out time can be changed from 10 am into 12:00 would be much better. Chibi is a very cute and funny cat!

This new cottage is so comfortable, everything is well equipped. But be noted that you need to walk up the stairs to get in (difficult if bringing big luggage). The host’s cat is super cute and friendly! Breakfast is standard japanese style.

Amazing experience”
Owner was very welcoming and the moment we entered the cottage, we were greeted with a sign with our name and the owner even prepared furano cheesecakes in the fridge for us. Cleanliness was tip top and we have proper facilities like washing machine/ heater/ Japanese tradition bathtub. Really amazing experience. Owner has a restaurant beside the cottage. Recommend to add on the breakfast :)

Awesome Stay, wish we could stay longer”
It was a short stay over at Country Cottage Wakiaiai for me, my wife and lil daughter but we were very impressed. Clean, well equipped, heater was on and welcoming us when we got in from the snow. My daughter enjoyed the snow early in the morning, walking out in the snow and building snowman. We have to thank you Kazuaki for cooking us up a meal for us during the night we stayed there haha. Totally recommend it, stay longer if you can.

Well equip cottage with a fantastic view”
We were on a road trip in Hokkaido hence have no issue finding Cottage Wakiaiai. Cottage is well equipped and very clean. Bed is very comfortable and warm. There is a nice outdoor seating for breakfast. Owner provide warm and scrumptious japanese style breakfast at a reasonable cost. Will definitely come back again!

We stayed 2 nights at the side cottage. It's new and fully equipped. The owner Kazuaki San is nice and thoughtful. He prepared some melon in fridge for us before our arrival. I trust it's the best cottage in Furano!

Beautiful cottage with stunning view”
We stayed in the side cottage which is very spacious, new, and perfect for our family of five. There’s one bedroom downstairs and extra space for futons in the attic. All necessary amenities are provided. It’s 10 mins drive to city center. Note that the gps will take u to another side of the road from the cottage, which is also the host’s property. The reception and restaurant are in the same house with ice cream sign. The cottage has a view of mountains and farm, which is absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Very well decorated and clean cottage. The host was also very courteous and helpful - had prepared us cheese cakes as a welcome gift. View from the cottage is spectacular. Well equipped laundry room. No complains at all. Nothing much around the location. A short drive to the nearby town and attractions, but we hired a car rental so wasn't an issue for us.

Nice And beautiful cottage”
This cottage is very well maintained and Mr Kazuaki really make every effort to make you feel at home with detailed facilities provided. We like the backyard which s facing the snowy mountain and farms. We had meals at this backyard with peace and in night we enjoyed the star gazing. Very thoughtful of Mr Kazuaki in providing complimentary 2 cheese cakes in the fridge and the cheese cake is really nice. Besides his sister gave us asparagus freshly harvested from the farm. These asparagus were very tasteful and sweet. Thanks Mr Kazuaki and his sister for all good memories we had about this place.

Cosy little cottage house”
The two days at Furano was the highlight of our trip. We loved the cottage. It has everything we needed in it and the lovely cheesecake prepared by the owner as well. Couldn't help to buy another pack at town. Definitely recommended it!

Spacious cottage with a homely touch”
The cottage was spacious on the 2nd level. We all love the place so much as we get to see the sunflowers once we step out. Owner was really friendly and gives option to rent hotpots or bbq pits for u to cook your dinner. The bathrooms and toilet was really big, definitely elderly and wheel chaired friendly. We had a great time here, thank you!

Very impressive. A very large cottage with plenty facilities provided. Apart from hair dryer, you can even get a hair curler. Interior design is great - really make feeling like a home. Definitely recommended place to stay.
