Christmas vacay”
Stayed in a Famiky Room .. The room was nice, spacious and clean even the bed was really comfortable to sleep ! And good value hotel for a great location right along orchard and near MRT station & bus stop right in front of the hotel.. shopping & restaurants 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 .. Staff was very helpful and friendly like Mr. A forgot his name 😅 maybe he was the manager but he was really nice!! Highly recommended ! Definitely will stay at this hotel again .. :)

Exceptional”
We had the most incredible stay at Concorde Hotel last Jan. 16-20, 2023. We booked 2 Premiere Club rooms and was blown away by the perks that come with it especially the access to the Premier Lounge. We were served superbly by the hostesses, most specifically Ms. Kim Cordero & her team. Tidiest rooms, excellent location, a wide variety of buffet breakfast menu and more definitely made our stay at Concorde, a truly unforgettable one!

I stay for 3 nights to celebrate my 18th wedding anniversary and the staff very thoughtfull ... we receive the warmest message for anniversary. At the check-in I was informed that the hotel applied "the green eco" and therefore they will make up room every 3 days. Next morning, I ask the reception to send someone just to take or cleanup the trash bag in my room. We were surprised that they also change the towel with the new ones. The second morning they also doing the same cleanup the trashbag. Highly appreciate it. The breakfast buffet also good and love the warm greeting from auntie that the frontline of ths restaurant. Would definitely stay here again when i visit Singapore

Got a great deal with Agoda. Booked a room with balcony which is quite rare in Singapore for extra space to relax (and allowed young baby to sleep in the room undisturbed while we sat on the balcony). Good communication from hotel before arrival to confirm special requirements. Staff very helpful. I requested change of room due to loud music coming from nightclub (not part of the hotel) till 5am! which they readily obliged. I would suggest asking for high room or room around the atrium. Good hotel facilities eg gym and pool. Nice local buffet at the restaurant. Hotel is close to shops and mrt. Overall very relaxing experience. Highly recommended

Best (and prolly most worth it) Hotel in Singapore So Far”
I do not understand why people give a bad impression of this hotel. The room was super clean, the staff was quite helpful, and the location was excellent. Also, it was hard to find a room that big for under SGD 250 a night. Would certainly stay again when I have the time.

Very good location”
This hotel is very good location, it's on orchard road near mrt just 5 min walk ,bus stop is in front of the hotel sometime we went to marina bay sand by bus .The shopping mall and supermarket is nearby the hotel just a few step .The hotel room has many space . Breakfast is very good. Eventhough the hotel policy did not clean the room for 3 days,but we can ask for 2 bottles of water everydays and new towel or clean the room on request .For me it's ok ,because we went out in the morning and come back in the late evening . Overall is good.

Booked with Agoda and got great value. Surprisingly large room with balcony for extra space to relax. Our stay at the Concorde Hotel has been very enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist you. The breakfast buffet caters for all and everything is tasty and fresh. The location is really good with two MRT stations , a bus stop and many malls within close proximity.

worthwhile stay with the kids”
Booked the premier suite, room was huge and had space to have 4 adults easily. bath tub was a treat for the kids, breakfast is non halal but good, pool was great for the kids.. won’t say it’s the cleanest as it had debris but as long as you dont swallow the water should be fine. good stay, location good, dhoby gaut and somerset’s 5 minutes walk away with plenty eatery around.

Best Hotel experience in Singapore until now”
The hotel is very spacious, lobby has big open space, we don't feel cramped here like any other typical hotel in Singapore. We book the Premier Suite room, it is very spacious and open, the bath room is huge. The room comes with access to Club Lounge, free minibar and 2 pcs of laundry per day. Very good deal and excellent services. Breakfast is also great. Location is nice.

Great location, MRT station is just few steps away (Doby Ghout). Convenient. Eateries, malls are all nearby, including 7-11 which is also few steps away. Hotel although is a little old, but very clean & comfortable. I will come back again.

Comfortable stay”
Check-in was a breeze. Only problem was the complimentary parking. It caused some confusion as we were not told where to park initially. In the end, we parked at the mall but luckily hotel gave us complimentary ticket for that. Otherwise, in-house guests can park at hotel’s parking lots (about 6 lots) just outside their hotel lobby. Other than that, room is spacious. Hotel facilities are also spick and span. Definitely a well deserved stay. Will be back if there’s good promotional offers.

Affordable hotel in orchard road”
Our second time here for a 3day 2nite staycation with family, enjoyed relaxing at the pool, loved the hotel breakfast on the two mornings, good selection. Staff was accommodating and super friendly. Great timing to immerse in the Xmas ambience in orchard road in the evening.

The hotel is perfectly located in Orchard street and the rooms large and well appointed. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you are happy . The breakfast was outstanding , we enjoyed the pool Area and gymnasium. We booked out at midday however we were able to leave our luggage safely stored away . Our flights were only after midnight so we were allowed to use the showers and change rooms near the pool area to get ready for our trip , huge plus For us

Nice hotel locate on orchard road”
Concord hotel is a nice place to stay, locate right on orchard road. Check in was smooth, would like to personally thanks to Rakesh and another trainee Team Member (we did not get the name) for their hospitalities. Super and awesome service provided by them, explained everything in details when check in and check out. Room is cozy as well and breakfast selection was alright, definitely will come back in the future.

Best Location, Great Service”
Although it’s rather old, but it has been redecorated, so look fresher. The location is excellent, in Orchard Road, next to one of my fav mall there, Plaza Singapura. And the staff service was great. Our rooms were upgraded, and the Lady who tend the restaurant for the breakfast was very attentive, warm and made us feel like at home. Lovely stay.
