All positive reviews i read before choosing this hotel are all real (as of my experience) 1.From Tapei Main Station, find Y7. Take the stairs all the way up, turn left, then turn left, go straight. Walk till u see McDonald and KFC.. then there u see an orange Building with the hotel name. 2. Zhongshan Station.. Find exit M6.. turn left, then walk till u see a Green Square like Skywalk. cross the street then turn left, walk till u see McDonald and KFC. 30mins walk to Ximen. (but u can always take Zhongshan MRT) talking about the hotel, (well they have mentioned all) i really like how cleanliness is maintained everyday. they changed my toothbrush everyday. they changed my bedroom slippers too, hair comb too! I like that they put a water plant in the room. It made me feel at home. On my last night, i ate Instant noodle (for free!) yah like that ^_^ I had hot chocolate everyday, esp before leaving the hotel for my tour. Staff.... they are all very friendly and welcoming.. Easy to communicate with, and really very reliable.. i requested for a transpo, at 5.30am, and know what. it was already there even before 5.30am.. so cool ^_^ Well, like my Title description: Auntie.. :) I hope that whatever i typed here help u to decide which hotel to book. Comfortable, clean and nice”
Staying hotel for 5days. The pro is the room is clean, Spacious and comfortable. But the aircon is too cold for me, the room temp is 27 but i feel like 21. The cons is sound proofing, can hear when people talking. But is lucky that the surrounding is quiet during my stay. The location just 10mins walk from taipei station. If you taking tao yuan airport line, you will need to follow Q square (Exit Y5/4) or Bus terminal. Come out from Q square and go straight to reach hotel. I will definately to come back to this hotel, the staff are friendly also. Very nice stay.

Decent Stay Experience, Value for Money”
I've stayed with CityInn Taipei hotel chain thrice between 2020 and 2021, they have service that delights. Basics like my deposited luggage prior and after check-in/out being tagged and locked with good care, clean room, nice bed, properly separated shower and toilet area are met. The hotel chain offers complimentary breakfast oat mix, instant noodles and hot beverage at their lobby for all guests. They are also prompt with service request such as borrowing electric plugs, getting a change of towels etc. Very good value for money staying here. I'll stick to this hotel chain whenever I visit Taipei.

Value for Money”
Note that I went during the COVID19 period. Paid about SGD53 per night for the most basic room. Got upgraded for free to the premium room which has windows (note the basic room does not has window). Felt service standards were great (note that I come from Singapore). Room was quite clean though I thought there was a smell (not a bad smell but a hotel smell?). Location is decent since the place is quite near the Taipei Main Station which provides train services to Taoyuan airport (some might argue Ximending is better).

Great location, near Main Station, MRT, 7/11, Night Market, McDonald's, Kentucky Fried. Wonderful selection of free movies, clean, free self laundry, umbrellas to use during the rain. Nice, clean, and friendly hotel in Taipei”
The room is small but very clean and highly functional. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It is near the Taipei main station and the underground shopping center. The hotel is about 5 min walking distance from the main station. The first bank for exchange money and 7-11 store are near about 2-3 min walk. The Q square shopping center is next to the train station as well. You can take THSR, airport MRT, and regular trains from the main station. We are going back to the hotel on July 8.

I get to know about this Hotel from Trip Advisor Hotel Review is very good -8.5 After staying here for 3 nights I confirmed what you read from the hotel review pages are true- Cleanliness- Good Location- Good Staffs- Friendly n helpful Facilities at Lobby- Great *(Coffee Vending machine , Water dispenser, big fridge, microwave oven, instant noodles , biscuits, Television at waiting area, Weighing Scale, Laundry Room ) All hotel guest can enjoy all these facilities for free!!!! Within walking distance from Taipei station with many eateries around. The staff are very helpful with excellent services, they even tested every guest's temperature in view of the current Covid-19 situation. The hotel is clean and well equipped with toiletries, they even have a self-serviced kitchen at the lobby with free flow of coffee, drinks, cookies ... All in all, value for money !

Good location, clean room and good service”
The hotel location is very ideal. Less than 10mins walk to Taipai Main Station where I took the airport train to and fro the airport. Very convenient to another train station - Zhongshan station where you can train along the Green n Red line. NingXia Night Market is just 15mins walk away from the hotel. Service from the front desk was excellent, they are very helpful with all our quries.

Rooms are small but very clean and functional. The location is near the Taipei Main Station and Q Square and underground shopping areas. It is about 10 min walk from the TRA, HSR, and Airport MRT Express train stations. KFC, McDonald, and 7-11 are across the street. The hotel staff are very friendly and super helpful. We had a great stay at this hotel and highly recommended.

Small room but very functional. Walking distance from the Taipei Main Staion and near the Q square mall and underground shopping mall. The First Nation bank around the corner for exchange your money. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. Clean, comfortable and centrally located in Taipei. Will stay here again when we come to Taipei city again.

I requested a quiet room and it really was even though it was next to the elevator. Staff was so attentive and even put my jackets into dryer bags to prevent the zipper from banging against the machine. Yes, free washer, dryer and detergent 24 hours a day. Excellent location for food and transportation. Plenty of free drink options and snacks throughout the day. Compared to current rates for other hotels and Airbnbs, will consider staying here again. My room didn’t have a window but I opted to stay indoors all day when it was rainy one day and slept so well. WiFi strong enough for video calls.

Cityinn made my stay in Taipei an enjoyable one”
Pros: Friendly and helpful front desk, hotel comes with washing and drying machine, hotel provides a small pantry for u to make hot coffee/tea, and cup noodles after 10pm. Those who arrive before the check in hours, or those who check out way before their flight could choose to leave their luggage at the front desk. Room is big enough for me, comes with shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. Cons: Hmmmm.... There is some walking to be done to get to the hotel from the Mrt station, but that provides a great opportunity for a visitor to roam ard.

Pleasant stay experience”
This is my 3rd time staying with CityInn ll @taipei main station. It is always my first choice whenever we visiting taiwan. The staff are helpful and friendly. It even have instant noodles this time- bonus point. Just to add that the dryer is not working well this round. Hence taking a longer time to dry up the laundry. Overall, it is a good location with eateries all around. Thumbs up for a wonderful stay!

We stay 5 hotels during our Taiwan trip. This is the only hotel have great pillow for us. First night I unable sleep as keep hearing the aircon or machine sound but after putting the ear bud I'm ok. Second night there is no sound and able sleep till morning without waking up. Other than this, eveything is good and great. Will come back stay again when I'm back to Taiwan.

The moment you enter the hotel, the staff will greet you every time you pass the reception area. The laundry area and mini pantry area was a very fantastic facility for us to use, despite the fact that in every room there is already a kettle for boiling coffee/tea for you to use. It is a well thought out hotel and it really screams service, despite the low price point which is such a plus.

The staff is very friendly. The weather is very cold and we have elder and baby during the trip. Although the room do not have warmer install but they have provide a independent warmer for the room for 3 room for my family. Excellent service form the customer service. Easy access to the food stall, & station. Recommended for stay.

Clean and basic hotel with excellent service and facilities”
I traveled with 2 young children and spouse, and stayed for 2 nights (this was my second time staying with them). The service by the staff was excellent as usual. Free use of washer and dryer (detergent powder and laundry nets provided), and free beverages at the hotel lobby. Location is great as it is just a short walk from Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT, and a whole range of food options nearby (e.g. KFC, MacDonalds, Cafe Nama, etc. and traditional Taiwanese breakfast). Room was clean, neat and quiet. Excellent value for money.
