"It was after midnight when my husband & I arrived Vienna. We took the shuttle bus from the airport to Westbahnhof. We were disappointed to be told that the room we have paid for was given away because they over booked but Richard took us to another 4 star hotel in the next street and made sure we were taken cared for. We were also offered free breakfast for 3 in the following morning at Hotel Mercure. I was disappointed that I could not stay at Hotel Mercure because I think their rooms were a lot nicer than the hotel we stayed but they corrected their mistake and made sure we had a nice stay in Vienna."

"We choose this hotel because of it's location, close enough to the centre of Vienna and the train station to get to the airport. There is a metro system, red line U1, a few stops up the line to the Stephansplatz. Regular trains direct to the airport, very helpful staff in QBB information/ticket office. As for the hotel itself, very friendly, very accommodating - needed one twin room, for our group, which was dealt with very quickly. Perhaps a safe in the room would be one addition to room facilities I would like. Also, being British...a kettle ???"

"Good location just 100 metres from Wein Hbf station. One can travel to Vienna city by U-bahn and tramp. Tramp stop is very close by to hotel. Reception is staffed with rather unfriendly personnel. Perhaps that's the Austrian's culture. Room has no telephone and anything you wanted and/or services, you need to go see the reception. Breakfast buffet is excellent."

"We caught quite a good discount for this hotel, and for that price the hotel was excellent. It is located very close to Vienna Central Station, has 24 hour reception, the room was spacious and clean. It has clean bathroom and toilet. You can leave your luggage for a day. There is a supermarket right in the same building. So, it is perfect if you have just one night in Vienna and it is very good if you need to spend more time there. Although it has both hotel and hostel in the same building, and there is a bar in the inner courtyard that our windows were facing, the room was pretty quite at night. I found my pillows a bit too big and hard. The staff is nice, although it can get a bit busy at the reception and you have to wait for some minutes. I will definitely look at this hotel for my next trip to Vienna, even if I don't manage to catch the same price. "
