"It was after midnight when my husband & I arrived Vienna. We took the shuttle bus from the airport to Westbahnhof. We were disappointed to be told that the room we have paid for was given away because they over booked but Richard took us to another 4 star hotel in the next street and made sure we were taken cared for. We were also offered free breakfast for 3 in the following morning at Hotel Mercure. I was disappointed that I could not stay at Hotel Mercure because I think their rooms were a lot nicer than the hotel we stayed but they corrected their mistake and made sure we had a nice stay in Vienna."

"We choose this hotel because of it's location, close enough to the centre of Vienna and the train station to get to the airport. There is a metro system, red line U1, a few stops up the line to the Stephansplatz. Regular trains direct to the airport, very helpful staff in QBB information/ticket office. As for the hotel itself, very friendly, very accommodating - needed one twin room, for our group, which was dealt with very quickly. Perhaps a safe in the room would be one addition to room facilities I would like. Also, being British...a kettle ???"

All the staffs are friendly, young and very helpful and even offered help to help with my room's window. really a pleasant stay. clean freaks should really stay here. Location wise, supers... its just beside the Wein Hauptbanhof and you can get to anywhere in the city as the metro station is also inside the big train station. "
