"This should be the best hotel in Tenom as it is the biggest 2-1/2 stars hotel in Tenom on a hill top with a superb view of Tenom town. It is only 3 minutes drive down to the town. However, it definitelyr requires a good renovation to upgrade its facilities especially the 2 guest lifts as both are on maintenance and we need to use the very old and small and boarded up staff lift. The lobby and corridors are without air con. Hope when it can be renovated soon and becoming more vibrant and more lively soon. Overall , we were happy staying at this hotel as it is valued for Money, better than my expectations."

"There are actually few types of the rooms. But agoda only have one type. So it would be good if the type of rooms are added to the agoda apps/website. I booked two chalets but when we went there.. They gave me one family hut and one longhouse type. Family hut can fit in 4ppl, which are non shown on the agoda apps/website. If I would know there are such type of room. I would not book two chalets. Anyway.. Is a good stay. Place is wonderful. Very clean. My family love it. Would be better if the options of rooms are provided in the agoda apps/website. Or call up the yit foh to check would be good. "
