great location. tried to get an aspirin in the middle of the night but the reception did not have anything like that. in any case, the rooms were nice and spacey. definetely recommendable

the hotel has a central location. During our stay, it used to be under construction for some work outside. This did not affect us as we checked in in the evening and left in the morning. Good value for money!

Very good location - you can walk from the Graz main train station for 5-10 min. There's a tram station in 1 min walk from the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Nice breakfast - for only 6 euro. Overall everything was in order and expected for an Ibis hotel. Clean, friendly staff, etc. However for a double room there was only one blanket which was too small for two people and there were no extras in the room. It would have been good to have parking instructions listed on the website or in the booking confirmation as the parking situation was confusing.

Very close to the tram stop with easy access to the center of Graz. All aspects of the room were good, and the aor conditioning was very welcome during a hot day.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the main street of Graz. It's like 50meters away from City's most famous clock tower, not far from the central river, lots of shops and trams are available nearly. You are able to find lots of pubs too. Good location, Good breakfast. Room is ok. It was very convenient to stay at this hotel. There is parking in front of the hotel but have to pay money a little bit.

The staff is polite and helpful with introduction the apartment unit. Big apartment with two spacious bedrooms. The bathroom is big enough to hold a party of twenty people there. Interior and exterior of this hotel has some charm of the Azian hotels I have visited in the last three years. I was pleasantly surprised. Good Asian food, clean rooms. Breakfast could be better.

the hotel is conveniently located near the tram station. staff there are very friendly and have great memory. they know us by room number and would immediately give us the room key when we returned to the hotel. no a/c in e room like most places in europe. so need to open the windows at night.

I had a great stay at the Daniel Graz. It was right next to the main train station and literally metres away from the tram and bus services. The staff were very attentive and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was very good, with a nice bed and bathroom facilities. The internet availablity was excellent. A good place to set up base to enjoy Graz.

this hotel is on great location if you travel by car. there is free parking around a hotel and you can also park in garage for per night. internet is free and it's working without problems. hotel is near main shopping malls. breakfast in the hotel is really great. spa center is very nice and quiet.

No parking

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean with comfortable beds. Good location close to big shopping center Murpark and tram and bus station going to the city center. Comfortable parking. The hotel has its good atmosfere.

First period of stay (21/06 - 23/06 2012 )was ok. Second period (30/06 - 02/07 2012) was directly booked with the hotel. Payment of second stay was done via my credit card without informing me. My credit card requires the use of the PIN code. Such procedure is unacceptable !
