This is a good hotel for family. Location is very close to the metro m1, so it is very convenient to access to Paris centrum. The facilities are quite old, and toilet was a bit stinky. But the bed, sofa bed also was comfortable. Overall, i think it is good to stay with the low cost in Paris.

Family trip to Paris ”
Travelled with my parents to Paris. This is my 4th time in Paris but it was my first time living in this area. The hotel is very near to the Esplanade La Defense metro and it's about 5-10 minutes walk to the La Defense RER A line which is a direct line to Disneyland Paris and La Vallee Village. There's a shopping mall nearby as well which is useful if you decide to cook as the hotel provides with cooking utensils and dishwasher. We did end up cooking for one night as we were returning late and there is not much restaurant around apart from the ones in the mall. The place is fairly clean and there is an optional daily charge for housekeeping if you need it. We never used it and we just tidy up as we go. There's a dishwasher and a small broom in the closet and you can borrow a vacuum from the reception if you need one. We did enjoy our stay here and would most likely return to stay here in the future.

Great location with enough space in the apartment”
Our stay in Paris was memorable since we have a very comfortable place to stay after a full day of sightseeing with tired legs. Paris is great and full of historical sites and museums. The apartment is clean and service people are very friendly. La Defense and Esplanade tube stations are vrey close to the Citadines.

Wonderful location, easy access”
The hotel is located in La Defense, one of the most exciting places in Paris to live. It's very convenient and easy to access the hotel from the closet metro, line 1 (the main metro line which cross by almost all the important landscape in Paris). The hotel join 2 individual well-equipped rooms (with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom,) into one door access, which would be great for the whole family to travel together. The hotel receptionists were so nice to give us for free the electricity adapter.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
we got the 1 bedroom suite. we arrived earlier than the check-in time but the staff was very accommodating. our rooms were available within 10 minutes of our arrival. on top of that, they gave us a room with a balcony view of the eiffel tower. the location is great. it's across a short bridge from the metro station and a short distance away from a small market where you can get most things necessary for cooking. if not, there's a huge market one metro stop (la defense) or 15 min walk from the hotel. the surrounding area is more "modern" and metropolitan so it's an interesting contrast to the rest of paris. all in all, it was a great way to end our 2 wk vacation of france and italy.

Average hotel”
Hotel was at La Defense, quite a distance away from the heart of Paris. Being in the business district, the area was very quiet at night, and I was thankful I wasn't travelling alone. Rooms were clean but relatively small.. had trouble opening two huge luggages at the same time. The bathrooms were tiny as well. Frontdesk staff were friendly and helped us out with the directions to certain attractions, but it was hard to get their attention at times as they seemed to be always busy. Another plus point about this place is that there's free flow of hot coffee/tea at the lobby, which is a treat when the temperatures dip at night. There are a few cafes nearby, but they close pretty early. The only place you probably can have supper at is the Asian restaurant, which serves some good fried noodles.

The apartotel is in a very convenient location, 3 minutes walk from the Metro station Esplanade de la Defense. Staff are helpful. Breakfast €10 is quite good value, good choice and fresh. Rooms are well equipped and quiet.

Amazing Value in Paris”
Great Stay in Convenient Location close to fast transit to the Heart of Paris! Hotel was Immaculately Clean and Room was Very Comfortable with the Best equipped Studio Kitchen I have ever encountered! Shower was super as was the air Conditioning!

Convenient location to workplace”
The best part of my stay at this hotel is its convenience to my workplace at La Defense. Secondly, the room I was staying in was not too small unlike many other hotels in the same area. Thirdly, there is a shopping mall not too far away, i.e. 1 Metro station away. The reception staff were generally quite friendly and helpful, but when I requested for my room heater to be fixed, no one fixed it although the staff I spoke to said that she would send someone to do it. As a result of this, I felt very "cold" at night and did not sleep well. Also my room was not "housekept" or cleaned during my entire stay at the hotel.

Great location but small rooms”
This apartment is in great location near to Esplanade La Defense metro station by walking only 3 minutes. It is also not far from shopping area only 4 or 5 stop metro station. Even though the size of room is small, in general this apartment is convenience. For who bring family, they can cook small dishes for their family in apartment kitchen.

Nice Hotel in very strategic location ”
it was a pleasent stay in this Apart Hotel as we planned to make a lot on our own the strategic position to the Metro was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit difficult to find but finally we managed it. One day the housekeeping forgot to place towels back to our room that in the night we had to bother the reception for that. They tried to do the best but because of the holidays there were only small towels available.

Convenient location and good services.”
First thing first, don't stay here if you have problem lugging big luggages up 4-5 flights of narrow stairs! I read the review and expected it but the stairs are really too narrow for big luggages. I stayed level 3 and that would be flights of stairs! Not fun at all. With that said, nothing much to complain about. It is near the metro station 'Bayswater' and near many convenience stores. Environment was good and I feel safe even when going back late. We get our room cleaned daily which was a nice surprise since I wasn't expecting that. Room was smaller than expected but still comfortable for 3 person. The receptionist will only be in from 8am to 11pm but I have no problem with that. Be warn though if you are going to be arriving earlier or later than that. There is an emergency number to call but I don't know how helpful it is since I have no need to use that number.

Perfect location ”
My husband and I had a good time in Paris with staying in this hotel. One comment - its hard for us to carry big luggages without a ramp but only stairs outside the gateway of the hotel.
