      super nice staff ready to help you in everything! perfect room and restaurant. Perfect location you simply go out and you are in the slopes! They have a shop next to them where you can buy or rent the ski material
      Nothing, is the second time i go there and i will sure come back again. its a pity that they are closed in the summer season.

      From the moment we arrived with the friendly and informative welcome from Victor we knew we were on for a memorable stay. The refurbishment is very cool and having booked a suite we certainly weren’t disappointed with a lovely large, well appointed room. We had two evening meals in the Kairn restaurant which was very good. A special mention for Salome who was a great waitress and lots of fun. Looking forward to our next stay already.
      Couple of minor issues with a kettle that didn’t switch off and wasn’t repaired and then a shower door which didn’t shut properly but fairly minor. If I was being really fussy the mattress was too soft for me and didn’t sleep that well but that’s quite subjective.

      Room: spacious and comfortable.
      Room was cold when we arrived. No instructions for adjusting the heaters. When thermostat set at higher temperature it would immediately decrease.

      Location was great. Facilities were really good - being able to hire skis in the hotel was great. The trip was made special by the wonderful manager. He was so friendly and helpful and we really felt he was taking care of us. The breakfast was really great. We didn’t tend to eat dinner so I could t comment about that.

      If you plan to ski in 3 Valleys this hotel has a perfect location”

      We had a good sized room overlooking the slopes with balcony. We had both the bath and the shower. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the bar with fire. The hotel is conveniently located on the slope, but quite a distance from the centre (accessible by bus). I am not sure what are the activities in the village as we were too tired each day to go out. The restaurant is quite cosy.
      Our room was next to the ski room and the isolation was not great, we could hear people putting on the skies and walking in the boots. we though that the prices for the alcohol in the bar were overpriced, but this is our subjective opinion. The restaurant closes at 9.30pm which is a bit too early. The spa is not very large, and one evening they ran out of towels. The swimming pool was rather small. I would not choose this hotel only on the basis of the spa, but in combination with the location, service and rooms, it's a good choice.

      The setting and the hotel are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful!!! best breakfast and high end dinners. I could not ask for a better place to stay in the Alps. Also, easy access to the slops located in the adjacent valleys. I would definitely go back!!!

      Very easy ski in/ski out. Good size rooms, nicely decorated. Great bar with open fire lounge area. Very pleasant reception staff. Breakfast is TOP QUALITY and freshly cooked by a chef every day, exceptional!
      There was no drinking water/cups provided in the spa area and no drinking water/cups provided in the pool area, even though there was an empty jar with tap container on the desk. There was no drinking water or cups provided in the ski/boot room and no facilities to make a hot drink even though the machine was there. Last year these things were provided.
