It’s very nice to have you as our guest. We recommend book our place because It is an affordable price with good facilities. Moreover, our place is near to most city main attractions and important places as well.

The place features 1 bedrooms with either king size beds or singles that can be made up as a king and air conditioning. The bathrooms have a hot water showers, ready to use soap and shampoo. The house has a large living area , a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area beside the kitchen and free fast speed WiFi.

“Nice little condo”
Nice little condo on the 23rd floor. Does need some tlc, as the overall finish wasn't brilliant. Great to have an android TV, as allowed me to watch netflix, prime etc when I was chilling. Great views from the apartment as it does face towards the coast. The pool on the 25 floor is nice, but is in need of some repair. The same goes for the gym. But the views from there are amazing.

“A room that feels like home.”
Room on the 23rd floor, near the swimming pool on the 25th floor, close to Central, you can walk there. It would be great to have a vending machine for food and drinks at the bottom of the building. In the bedroom, when it rains in the morning, there is water pooling at the window. There is no tea or coffee provided. There are cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, shampoo, and 2 towels. There is a trash bag. There is a TV with Netflix, a washing machine, but be careful as the pigeons might poop on your clothes while washing. There is a small drying rack on the balcony, and it can fall when it rains. The air conditioner is cold, there is a water heater, a vacuum cleaner, several coat hangers, a broom with a dustpan, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a hot water kettle.

“Excellent”
The accommodation is convenient, right next to Central. It's easy to travel to, and the security system is excellent, which makes coming and going a bit difficult. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Personally, the room is good. I stayed for 3 nights, cleaned up myself, and took out the trash myself. You have to understand that it's a rental condo. There's no drinking water provided, but all kitchen equipment is complete. Overall, it's good.
