This is a brand new hotel and the best to stay-in which is right infront of Han River. Convenient and close to everything. The dragon bridge is just walking distance, love lock bridge is just infront of the hotel. Facilities, Rooms and decors are superb, it's all new, modern and impressively high tech. Rooms was beautifully designed. And the toilet is high-tech too. There are things can be improve I think: - to put a bathroom holder /rack inside the shower area and place the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in there, so no need to go outside the shower area, to get a shampoo, etc. when bathing. Me and My Mom really enjoyed our stay, and had comfortable experience. We love everything in this hotel. Another thing we like in here that you will not experience in other hotel is that, they provide free mini bar for one time only, this is alcoholic beverage (vietnam beer) and a soft drink for two pax. They also have complimentary fruits for their guest and they serve it right at your room after you check-in. Excellent service. The Rooftop Bar has infinity pool overlooking the Han River and the Dragon Bridge. You can watch the dragon fire show in here, which is every weekend at 9pm. The view with city lights at night is absolutely stunning. Staff are nice, accommodating & professional. Breakfast is excellent, we love all the food served for breakfast. The best hotel experience we ever had so far. If we go back to da nang, we will definitely book this hotel again, and will recommend this hotel to anyone who will travel to DaNang.
Caro Premium exceeded all expectations: the room was incredibly clean, pleasantly fragrant, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture. The hotel's location is extremely convenient for tourists as it is close to many famous landmarks in Da Nang. All the staff were incredibly friendly, lovely, and always ready to assist guests wholeheartedly. In particular, Huy He made a deep impression – he was very sincere, enthusiastic, and shared many great tips for exploring the city. He created a welcoming atmosphere, where we felt cared for and valued like close friends. I will definitely return to Caro Premium next time!
My wife and I stayed at Caro Premium Hotel Danang for 5 days and 4 nights, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. A special thanks to Aylin for being such a helpful soul, securing us a spot at the rooftop bar and sharing stories about the Dragon Bridge which made the experience extra special. At breakfast, Ling, Clover, Binh, and Chloe were always so warm and friendly, greeting us with smiles, chatting, and joking around, which really made mornings feel homely. Tom went out of his way to check on us every morning to ensure everything was perfect, while Jason and Doris at the front desk gave us fantastic tips on where to explore around the city. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. The rooftop pool with sweeping views of the river and city lights at night was absolutely stunning. Since we had a river-view room, we got the best of both worlds by enjoying the Dragon Bridge fire show from our room and from the rooftop. The interiors are beautifully designed with an artsy, modern touch, and the rooms are impressively high-tech with features like automatic curtains and a comfort-tech toilet. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel felt brand new. At this price point, we were genuinely surprised at the level of comfort and service. With superb facilities and such an amazing team, our stay was perfect. We highly recommend Caro Premium Hotel Danang and we will definitely be back.
I mean… honestly, this hotel is ridiculously good. The hotel is two months old and running like an old pro. I didn’t like my initial room, and the manager Ni, fixed it immediately. So professional. The hotel is smarter than you are. From being able to control your room from your phone, the lights even have a setting for meditation. It’s really lovely. The decor is clean, fresh, modern,, but the hotel itself is just…sexy, for lack of a better word. It’s sleek, from the dramatic red to the black furniture, to the mind blowing view from the roof. I even had a nice view from my room of the river. The rooftop pool is worth the price of admission (as the saying goes). The view is breathtaking. If you don’t want to be in the fray for the dragon bridge show, you don’t have to. Watch it from the pool. It’s that close. Plenty of food, shops, markets neighboring and a nice coffee place across the street. The rooftop bar staff was EXCEPTIONAL and so sweet and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and not 100 mediocre items, but about 12 great dishes, along with western staples (bacon/eggs) and made to order items/pho, great coffee, juice was ok. Needs orange juice. Only thing could come up with to not sound like a fake review by staff lol. The coffee shop on the 2nd floor makes great matcha mango lattes. The bed and the duvet was so comfy I almost overslept for ba na hills. It may be a little pricier than other hotels, (not much ) but it is tyworth every dong. I would stay every single time I visit Da Nang. Trust me on this, you can’t do better.

It was such a treat to watch the city lights come alive from our balcony. The location also makes it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city's key attractions. Our room was an absolute highlight. We loved the amazing high-tech features and the customizable lighting, which created the perfect ambiance. The room felt both modern and incredibly comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. A huge thank you to Huy, our friendly guard who always greeted us with a smile. At the front desk, Ni, the receptionist manager, along with Min and Doris, made both our check-in and check-out processes seamless and pleasant. Their professionalism and warmth were wonderful. The restaurant staff also deserve high praise. Brandy, the bar tender, created delicious drinks with a great sense of style and was always a pleasure to talk to. We especially want to highlight Cuong, our waiter, who was incredibly kind and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic dining experience, and his thoughtful service truly made a difference.
