One of the best experiences so far”
I have booked plenty of hotels in Dubai and I would recommend most of them. However, Carlton Downtown was probably the best in terms of value for money if you like staying in your room. This hotel offered a better room and the staff were friendlier than in other hotels (from the same price range). We had a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. I had a nice spot to work and we had a view over Sheikh Zayed road. The staff were very flexible and really nice. The pool is probably the least impressive. We did not enjoy the pool much and the person working there wasn't as friendly nor helpful as the others. It is also awfully windy there and you have to bring your own towel. We did not have the opportunity to try the gym since it was constantly occupied. I like the location because from Sheikh Zayed road you can easily drive to any location in Dubai. I would strongly recommend this hotel unless you think the pool is really important.

Dubai Trip”
I was traveling to Dubai with my boyfriend for celebrating my Birthday . We stayed at Carlton downtown. I’m extremely happy for choosing this hotel as the lication is very good ,service as well and there is amazing rooftop bar where we were chilling before bed and smoking shisha while having the great view of Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. I was surprised by the hotel with piece of cace with “happy birthday “ on it on the day of my birthday. It was great gesture and everybody was very kind and helpful. Last but not least they have great room service as well with whole menu proposals . I highly recommend the hotel.

Great value for money and best location”
The room was super large at a very reasonably cheap price. The staff were all very friendly. A Front desk personnel, Placs and Cherry, were very helpful in giving us tips on where to go and how to take the train. The room cleaner, Ravi was very friendly and did a very good job in cleaning our room. I recommend the Carlton Downtown Hotel Dubai.

Every time I’m telling myself I have to recommend this hotel but I get busy , so now I’m telling u about my experience for the 10th time as a guest in Carlton downtown, furniture is luxury and comfortable , view is amazing , location is near for everywhere u can find around u supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, Stuff is from another planet, specially the receptionists Gabriel , Yazmine , the morrocn girl I don’t want to forget anyone , but those people will make anything possible for u and to make u feel comfortable, thank u so much , it’s my best hotel in Dubai

Its a pleasure to stay in Carlton Downtown Hotel evethough we had only one night left due to flight delay. Our room has been upgraded from 2 to 3 bedrooms suite and located at the 28th floor. The suite was very big and spacious. It was a very nice view from our suite and we can see Burj Khalifa and the surroundings. The kids had their swimming on top of the hotel and it is really awesome experience for them. Thank you very much to the staffs that provide an excellent services.

Spacious room”
Stayed in a 2 bedroom Deluxe suite without breakfast as we stayed over in Dubai for 1 night. Checkin and out were fuss-free. They colleted AED300 for refundable deposit, of which 30 is deducted for the tourism tax. The suite was very spacious with two bedrooms and 2 toilets - one common tpilet and fhe other in 1 bedroom. Location is at the DIFC and near Financial centre Metro station so you can take the train easily. There are a few eateries near the hotel but not shopping. It is a train station away from Dubai Mall. The staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

Perfect stay”
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our family for the New Year. The front desk staff were very helpful and ensured that we had a perfect stay. The suite was luxurious and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were able to watch the Burj Khalifa fireworks + Burj Al Arab and Atlantis fireworks from our rooms which we hadn't expected! I loved the Carlton Downtown from the minute I arrived! I extended my stay for one month as everything was perfect. The place is very accessible and close to Dubai mall. We would also take morning walks to DIFC area and was able to use the tennis court. We got upgraded to a bigger room with an outstanding view of Burj Khalifa. Overall experience was good. Would recommend cleaning of windows to get a nicer view and photo with the said landmark,

A place to relax after a busy day....”
We decided to try Warwick hotel for a quick, one night stay while in Dubai, attending the COMICON Festival at the World Trade Center Dubai. . Parking is OK with some overflow at the back side of the hotel. However, check in was very smooth, and efficient. All staff from the Front desk, to the housekeeper and to the concierge are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our rooms (2 Deluxe suites) were wonderful and cozy. There was a pool area Jacuzzi type at the roof top, for the grade school age kids, not part of our plans but my 7 year old grandson super enjoyed the facility. The hotel and the rooms were clean. Thank you again to all the staff for going just that little extra step for their guests!! We will definitely be back to this place and highly recommend this hotel to others when in the area

We were pleased with the view - we asked for the side of the hotel with the Burj Khalifa for New Year's Eve and got it. The holiday price was high, but "reasonable" for the proximity to the Burj Khalifa. The staff was very friendly. Our reservation for the rooftop New Year party was lost, but the restaurant manager got us in and even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. The breakfast restaurant manager got the brunch line back-up sorted with amazing efficiency on 1 January. We had an overcharge on our bill, but they sorted that too. We live in Dubai, so we're not sure if we'll stay downtown for the New Year very often, but we certainly will keep the Warwick in mind.

We had a 70 sq m apartment for a very reasonable rate, very close to DIFC station. Room service wasn't good (bad food, small menu) and service was a little spotty (they wouldnt help us heat up leftovers and room had no microwave). Overall though, fantastic value for money given the space you get for the price. Gym was also better than at many comparably priced hotels.

Unbeatable location”
Taxi ride from airport to hotel was about 60Dhm (about 15 USD). Right next to Financial Centre metro station which is one stop away from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall. Location cannot be better. The standard room was fairly spacious. The only thing is that the carpet was stained (it was cream in color, bad choice). And the air vent had dust all over it. I wish the hotel staff would be more attentive in cleaning that. Wish I could show you a photo. There are Starbucks and Tim Hortons nearby for breakfast. I didn't have time to visit or use the swimming pool on the top floor. But I did use the Budget car rental counter on-site. Although I pre-booked online and made partial payment already, it still took her 50 minutes to deal with the paperwork. (Can't imagine if there was a line-up, how long that would take.) I may or may not return to this hotel, but the location is really great.

Located next to the Metro that can take you to most parts of Dubai. Tickets for the metro are very cheap. Keep your metro tickets because it works out cheaper if you reload them instead of buying new ones. Taxis are cheap but the drivers are rude and wont take you unless its a long journey. Also because of one way systems in Dubai they drive all over the place to go a short journey.Staff at the hotel could not do enough for us. Restaurant 44 has a magnificent view of Dubai but a little expensive. Its also walking distance to The Dubai Mall,The Boulvard, Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. We could not fault this hotel.

I have booked the hotel during the new year night, there are many people living the hotel although the staff succeeded to run the activities smoothly. -location is near from Dubai mall, sheikh Zaied metro station and services. -price was acceptable. -room was very good & big. -staff was cooperative. -cleaning was perfect. Stuff should be improved: - accelerating procedure of check-in. -providing tooth brushing items. In general, the experience was very wonderful as well as the reception Egyptian manager (Sami) who was very helpful and friendly.

Location is good. Nearby about 2 blocks away, Delma cafe serve cheap & good food. Hotel is just one stop by metro away from Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall. Check-in is fast by experience front desk. Required AED500 as deposit. Lift need to key in floor number to go up. Lift operates very fast so does the hotel wifi. Super excellent. Was upgraded room with the Burj Khalifa. Can view the Burj Al Arab too.... Hotel is just short distance from metro about 3mins walk. They do provide hair dryer, iron, toilet amenities except toothbrush and tooth paste. Fortunately brought along. Can buy from convenience store nearby (next to Delma cafe). Did not book with breakfast so unable comment however saw in lift the buffet dinner on is Thursday is cheap around AED149 for guest rate... Swimming is on 47th floor but very windy... Overall the hotel has good location, excellent cleaniness, forever helpful & smiling staffs from top till bottom. Will definitely recommend friends and will return in the future

Excellent stay”
+ Check-in was fast. At the reception, Monica was very helpful. We arrived at about 12:30 and were able to check-in straight away. + We stayed at a Club Suite, and it was fantastic - spacious, extremely clean, well designed and furnished. + View from the room was great too. We had the view of the ocean and city. + Location was great too - metro station about 2mins walk away, a number of cafes and restaurants nearby. Very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa as well. + As we had an early morning flight, we went to breakfast at around 6:15am, and the food was already ready. We ate peacefully at the empty restaurant. Food was good, what we expected from such a hotel. Nothing negative to say about the hotel as everything went really smoothly for us.
