Very modern facility”

Candeo Hotel Tokyo Roppongi offers a very modern and chic accommodation. It's brand new and their place is very clean! We stayed there on their first night of operating, so staffs were not very confident (but very kind and accommodating) and they did not change / refill our towels and amenities (we have to request for it, and they took very long to come and fulfill the request). But other than that, the hotel was perfect, and it offers a very strategic location to stroll around the area.

Great Place, convenient”

Stayed here with my family whilst having our vacation in Tokyo. Despite Roppongi being the place where many usually visit for drinks and clubbing, the area around Candeo Hotel was surprisingly quiet and was a very comfortable stay. Not forgetting the Onsen at the top floor of the Hotel, this helped tremendously to let loose at the end of a long tiring shopping day and to just relax in the warm bath. Places to eat were abundant, and the ease of the substation was fantastic whereby getting to places such as Shibuya, Shinjuku etc were all a short train ride away. Would personally hope that there could be more facilities ( Fitness center / Communal hang out areas ) as seemed to be limited places we could meet since we were a bigger group.

Wonderful stay and great location”

Had a wonderful stay at Candeo Hotels Tokyo Roppongi. Room was of a good size and it was well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Hotel is very close to the Roppongi metro exit 3 and there are many restaurants and mini-marts near by. A good Izakaya near the hotel called Joumon is a must try.

New hotel with great location at affordable rates”

Candeo Hotels Tokyo Roppongi was a great choice. It is only a 2-minute walk away from Roppongi Station and there are also many food options around the area. The hotel is new and the room was very clean. Highly recommended.

Lovely Family Stay”

Candeo Roppongi was a beautiful place to stay whilst we were in Tokyo. We stayed there twice on our travels in Japan. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable on public transport and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The rooms are very small when travelling with older children. You wouldn’t want more than 2 people in a room. The breakfast however was a little limited in food. My youngest (9) didn’t find anything he like. There’s no regular toast or pancakes. I would definitely stay here again as the location is perfect for travel.

A gem of a hotel in Tokyo”

it was my first time in Tokyo and didnt know what to expect. first of all, i had the queen executive room. it was small, yes, but not as small as other hotel rooms in tokyo (since i visited my friends' hotel rooms in roppongi during the same trip). everything was quite perfect. sufficient for my needs and i loved the onsen on the rooftop! background about me: i stay at 5 star hotels and expensive boutique hotels when i travel, and i must say that the location and charm of this hotel has made me decide to stay there again when in Tokyo. i dont think anyone would regret booking this hotel for the price and what you get out of it...

Great rooftop onsen, good location, very tiny room”

This is an attractive and modern hotel located close to the Roppongi subway. Note that there are several Candeo hotels in Tokyo, and Google Maps may or may not return this one (and may or may not bring it up in English). If you're navigating with Google Maps, make sure you're going to a hotel near Roppongi, NOT Shimbashi or Ueno Koen. Google Maps took us to the wrong hotel at first, and we had to take a taxi to this one. There's a super rooftop onsen. Very well furnished, clean, and comfortable. We loved using the rooftop bath, morning and late-night. The room is very, very tiny, and there is no storage space. There was no room for our luggage. We took out a few days' worth of clothes, stacked them on the fridge, and brought our luggage to the front desk to keep for the length of our stay. We stayed five days as tourists -- I think it would have been difficult to stay longer, or stay with multiple business suits.

Superb location, sizeable room for family with young kids, hot-bath is great, love it!”

Room size was excellent for family with small children - with 2 large luggages, my young kids can still run around the room without knocking into anything. Breakfast variety was great with selection of Japanese and western food and the rooftop hot bath is a bonus for those who wanted to experience Japanese bath(modern way). Bring your own towel from the room and the rest are provided at the rooftop Hot bath area, including locker, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, toner and moisturiser, hairdryer, & water dispenser. Separate bath for men and women. The location was the most attractive part of this hotel. Convenience stores are just few minutes, there are drug stores and plenty of nice restaurant nearby. Roppongi Hills, midtown is also extremely close. Very accessible to train station and bus stops if you want to go out from roppongi area. Hotel staff is helpful too. Super easy and pleasant stay with Candeo Roppongi.

Large room, great locatiom”

The Executive King Room was large enough for three of us, including a 3yo. It came furnished with a firm bed - the sort favoured by Japanese - as well as a daybed, TV and other basic amenities. My only complaint was the breakfast venue, which was crowded with diners even an hour to closing. We got a seat after 15min but if you come in a large group, you'd have to wait longer or be split up. Breakfast selection featured Japanese and Western dishes that were a tad too salty. But the staff worked hard to please guests and were accommodating enough to extend breakfast service for guests who were still in the queue, so they saved the whole experience. Location-wise, Candeo Roppongi is wonderful. It may be a 10- to 12-minute walk from the train station, but the hotel sits amidst many restaurants and bars that come alive after sunset. As well, it is within walking distance of Roppongi's high-end boutiques, if you cared for a splurge on high fashion.

Exceptional”

The hotel itself is really close to Roppongi station and close to a lot of food options in the area. The room was really comfortable and for Japan size standards the large window made it really nice. I had two children with me and the room was perfect with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here or at any of the other Candeo Hotels!

First Class Service”

I got no complain, Love everything about this hotel! - Love the Location! very near to Roppongi Metro Station (exit 3). And Surrounded by lots of dinning, and Izakayas choices - Love the modern n minimalistic design! *and its super clean. -Spacious Room and Bed -Love the service and facilities! They have Sky Hot Spa free to use without additional charge, and coin Laundry, and the Staffs are super friendly, and super helpful! It's a whole package and worth every penny, definitly will stay at Candeo Again on my next trip to Japan! You won't regret it!

A great hotel for a business traveler or couple with fast wifi, big rooms and amazing spa”

We came to Candeo after spending time at a nearby hotel called Sotetsy Fresa Inn, which was horrible. Candeo Hotel was a blessing with bigger comfortable rooms for the same price. It had a great lobby and eating area to relax in. Wifi was blazing fast. And the best thing about the hotel... They had one of the best and most relaxing luxury spas that is both inside and outside on the roof. And the location is perfect. If you can book a room here, then it's highly recommended.

Nice location ”

Nice location, (0-11)stay for free don't mean breakfast is free. I stay at candeo hotels Tokyo roppongi for five nights, and they served the same breakfast every morning! And when I move to Osaka...I stay at same candeo hotel Osaka namba for 4 nights, they also served the same breakfast everyday.....

Great location!”

It's very near the subway, Roppongi Hills, Itchiran, Shake Shack, Donki etc. There's also night life in the area and the British Pub HUB is a good place to hang out. The onsen (Sky Spa) has both indoor and outdoor and it's perfect for end-of-day relaxing! We used the Candeo pajamas every time we visit the spa. The room is a bit tight to walk around but then again you'll be hard pressed to find a bigger room with the same price range and location.

Perfect location! ”

The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from exit 3 of Roppongi Station. It was very easy to find and surroundig by restaurants and also a 7-11 nearby as well. The most famous and best burger Shake Shack in NY is also located near Roppongi Hills! The hotel was great, the room was pretty spacious (but not if you have big luggage), the best part is the Sky spa on the 16th floor! You could see Tokyo Tower from he outdoor spa which was an amazing view while you bathed. The downside was the housekeeping, they didn’t quite pay attention to details. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great and new hotel”

We, 2 adults and 2 kids stayed 4 nights in executive king room. Quite big room. Very clean and good view. They will give you towels and toothbrushes set even if you choose not to make up the room. The down side were only 2 washing machine for such amount of people stay there is not enough. We had to call receptionist to take people clothes out if the machine already done and no one collected. The spa was good, but the shower place before and after use spa were not enough compare to Osaka's Candeo Hotel. The rules of using the public spa is not quite strict. They said man n women goes to different place, but a lot of boys age around 5-6 years old still go the ladies, some people still wearing swimsuits even it said has to be naked, one lady even in intoxicated n still try to go in the water. We had to call the staff to collect her. Overalls are all good. They gave 2 complimentary bottle of water everyday.

Great new hotel in the heart of Roppongi”

If you are looking for a hotel which is away from the buzzling cities such as Shibuya and Shinjuku. Do consider Candeo Roppongi. Less buzz with alot of food options and night activities going on. Just bear in mind room can be a bit small to some people but acceptable to us for its price.

Great stay! Good value for money”

Great new hotel with new room and good amenities. The onsen-place has both indoor and outdoor which overlooking the Roppongi and Tokyo tower view which was great! The breakfast option is not that extensive but still very good. Overall, it is an affordable hotel with great amenities and definitely worth the money if you are planning to stay around Roppongi area!

Good choice for Tokyo base”

We loved our time at Candeo Roppongi. Great location for walking or subway (1 block away). The SkySpa was the best of all. Room was small but comfortable; staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet for convenience and choice. We'd stay here again.
